Wonderful and highly contradictory as all other spiritual videos say that one should learn to forgive which is very difficult, haan it's much easier to walk away from the situation

@@murali6188 It is simple. Everything is pre-programmed by karma. It means whatever you face is your karma and whatever others face from your is their karma. So, karma is a double edged sword. Now, if you respond in a dharmic way to whatever karma you face, then you do not create new karma (Agama karma).
But dharmic response is highly contextual and proportional. eg If someone grabs your daughter's hand or any girl's hand and tries to molest her, you can't talk rationally or politely to such people. So, you have to give him a nice slap. But it is not punishment even though you slapped him since your motive is to restore the dharma of your child or a stranger. So, you don't create any karma. Dharmic action is nothing but action without creating karma
Why we cant forgive or forget because whatever happens to us is our karma. ACCEPT that first. Then your ego disappears and you will respond proportionately depending on the context. Dharma is balance of natural law. Any violation of it using human ego creates imbalance , karma and reincarnation. eg If you work all day and get less sleep, then adharma of mind/body happens.
