It's didn't worked on my 1864 panel so thats means I have to replace the panel?

If you got about 10 clicks on the power up. Then your panel is locked, you will have to replace it.

Hi.
- Power down the system. Remove the battery and power plug
- Connect a jumper between inputs IO1 and IO2.
- Plug in the AC transformer to power the system back on. Wait at least 10 full seconds. Then unplug the transformer to power the system back down.
- Remove the jumper, Reconnect the battery and plug back in the AC transformer.
- Now your system is factory default.
