Please made 1more vd about im confusing that an ic need to on input and VCC and GND etc. what im confusing is what if all chips when we gave Vcc and GND its auto generate some Out put incapable of ic datasheet what if some output is on when ic is on and if for out out for some other ics signal thats output was on when another in put come to ic and generated Out put im confusing😢
