Car Radiator Flushing (Malayalam)| English Subtitles

In this video i will be explaining the process of flushing the radiator system of a car. Here I have taken Maruti Alto for demonstration. Cooling system of cars get rusty when there is no or very low concentration of coolant in the cooling water. Coolants and antifreeze have components in it, which prevents rusting inside the cylinder block. Here i am using pH balanced water for final fill up in the radiator.

Coolant concentrate Rs 304
Time taken: 1 to 2 Hours

Distilled water aanu vendath. Normal tap water anelum its k, kinar vellam use cheyyaruth but coolant concentrate mix cheyyanam.

After seeing your video, i recently flushed my Alto LXI's radiator and refilled with coolant mixed distilled water. Works fine. Thank you so much for your video with clear explanation.
However, i have a doubt, if you can help me, please reply: my car is 2010 model, clocked 115000kms, engine reworked, suspension replaced, clutch plates, flywheel replaced. But when I release clutch slowly in first gear, the car shivers hard and moves on, while running, i don't feel such shudder. I'm in Coimbatore, Visited many mechanics, but problem not solved. Please help. Thank you.

If the clutch is not loaded correctly, this will happen. Also if the flywheel or clutch is bad this will happen. Have experienced the same before replacing the clutch?

Sometimes the whole assembly needs to be removed and reinstalled. Of the release bearing is bad, the same happens. If Removing the free play reduces the vibration, the release bearing may be the culprit.
