INGREDIENTS for a 16cm cake
For the base:
170g crushed cookies
60g melted butter
For the forest fruit jam:
400g berries
100g sugar
For the mousse:
400ml cream or whipping cream
80g sugar
350g wild berries jam
vanilla extract
15g neutral jelly
For the forest fruit jelly:
150g jam of the fruits of the forest colada
7g neutral jelly
For decoration :
200g strawberries
50g currants
50g blueberries
