Unless there's lines of codes that actually belong to Nintendo that were used to make Palworld, Nintendo doesn't have a case. They're just doing this to be petty as f.
Yeah, I don't know about that...I'm sure copyright is deeper than that, but I'm not a lawyer.. as I said in the video, Nintendo tales their time before striking
@@dailyhubranx They are known to be petty as f when they do not have a Copyright case, they would search for a reason to sue and then ruin the other party.
For those wondering. No the nintendo lawsuit isnt iver character designs. Its not a cooyright issue. Its a patent issue. Character designs would be cooyright. Patent would be a gameplay mechanic. my guess is using balls to capture the monsters.
@@dailyhubranx well I agree most of us know. But I'm telling ya, on Facebook I had to defend this 3 times cause are convinced it's a copyright suit because of the character designs. For some weird reason..
old heads of nintendo just need to pass on, they just making it terrible for everyone else and its funny because its not like pokemon was their original idea it just got more popular
@@dawensci7134 they made alot of new what dose pokemon do every game a new dumb creture nerf old once and adds a new map by that logic warframe and world of warcraft has 30 games in 1 game
Great video. 👍, It’s pretty sad really, emulation keeps previous consoles and old computer games alive. Especially old arcade games being some of my old favourites, why not just make all games over 15 -20 years old freeware. Even if they had a site you could download the full romsets or individual roms at a fee, people would pay and Nintendo make money of old games. Nintendo definitely do not tolerate any emulation or piracy. But so many do use emulation including myself. All the old classics shouldn’t be forgotten and some look and play as good as the nostalgia you get.
The only company that will be change his generation ready for a big leap of faith compared to the original switch and we are here for it (I hope not a big leap of faith in their price Ashley).
I'm shocked I live in a world where people don't understand that the word "copyright" means "a type of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship as soon as an author fixes the work in a tangible form of expression". When you copy something that is copyrighted, this is what happens, it doesn't mean Nintendo is evil.
Accept it's not a copyright lawsuit. It's a trademark suit. They aren't using over designs it's a gameplay mechanic. More than likely they're using over balls.
Get nintendos meat out of your mouth Digimon did this and so did many other franchises this is game mechanics something you shouldn't be able to copyright. Wonder why you can't play little games on loading screens? Bandai namco copyrighted that. Nintendo shouldn't be able to copyright these things
@@Vendetta1.13 they didn't. But they can patent them. Problem is people use patented mechanics all the time. Every video game ever has used general patent for co trolls and such borrowing from the first game. Ever wonder where exploding barrels came from in call of duty, it was a a patent from the OG doom. This is, quite literally, a first of its kind, no gaming company in aware of until now has tried to sue of game mechanic parents.
Welp..this is my last Nintendo video 😄

PA I know you addressed this in video but I've had 3 separate arguments about this on Facebook already so I'm reiterating.
We all know why Nintendo is suing ... The rest is legal stuff lawyers had to figure out before filling it.

Palworld is what pokemon should've been years ago. I mean, without the guns,.but palworld truly evolved the game.

thanks. means a lot coming from someone I had back and forth with
More knowledges, thank you.
Interesting gaming informations to educate me.😊
👍🐥👍🎮
I hope Nintendo stay 1080p resolution. Games on that consol should be pure fun not graphigly cool. And no upscaling to 2D mario games!
2 screens on the switch 2😞. That's disappointing to hear

U didn't really explain it well, but I get your sentiment.
