Real estate is tanking in dubai! This property is probably worth one third of it value and depreciating by the day! Way too much supply and no demand..also very inflated cost!
keep in mind, it is rental property even you buoght it, you've to pay annual service charge, not less than 100k AED, if you failed to pay it you'll lose your property

I dont know anything about the value of real estate in Dubai as I live in Canada, but looking at this mansion in accordance with the Canadian real estate standard, I feel like this house is over priced. In Canada, if a person is willing to pay 98 million dollars, he wouldnt want any other house miles from his mansion. People here prefer massive front and backyards, garage, tennis courts etc. We have a mansion here in Canada called Chester Hall (look it up on google), youll see how private it is even though its huge!!. The problem with this house is that its in the middle of a residential area. But again, thats just me speaking from a Canadian point of view.
