37:42 Mightyclaw wasn’t in the group that tried to kidnap Sunny and kill Glory. He’s the NightWing that immediately supported being under the rule with the RainWings. He was also the only NightWing who received a power from Darkstalker but didn’t join him. He’s an ASTONISHING character who’s dreadfully overlooked and deserves way more of the spotlight.
Welp, there is people who is not overlooked him and honestly I like him too.
He seemed only ok imo but in Turtle’s book he just seemed way better for some reason.

Yeah, I didn't really hate him much. He was interesting, but he still murdered many dragons. But he's not really a decent character.
I think as a character he was actually very good. I liked reading about him, and it would be super cool (for me at least) if we could get some of his perspective. To me, villain's perspective and thoughts are extremely interesting (we don't see a lot of it. We got a bi of Wasp's though, and that was cool for me :).) Like, does he fell completely justified in doing what he does, or does he just not care anymore? Or another third option? SO many questions!

Mightyclaws is the NightWing who kept the powers Darkstalker gave him to draw things and make them come to life for his tribe! I actually like him despite his minor role, also I watched the whole video, might have no sleep after but worth.

I actually really like Blue. He was kind of boring at the beginning, but as the book went on, as he finally learned the truth about Wasp, and the result was a character who is *so* kind, lovable, friendly, and overall amazing, but not in the way he was before, as just so content with his life, and never questioning what goes on. Now, he just is able to question the system without hating anyone remotely involved with it, he fights the source of it, not all the dragons Wasp tricked,.
Also I could talk about all the ones I disagreed about but, I honestly don't think it matters. I just wanted to talk about Blue.

I really like blue too! but i can see why someone might find him boring lol
I personally loved Blue since the beginning of the book because he was so completely nice and empathetic, which is not seen much in WoF. I mean, there are a lot of nice and empathetic characters in WoF, but I just think he was less annoying, like a lot of the RainWings, and more innocent. But I do agree, he became a better character later on.

You have no clue how happy I was when Bella put Turtle rly high up cuz he’s an absolute fav character of mine. He even inspired a wonderful dream about me being an animus.
And Glory is also my fav character too because she’s so grumpy and cool and smart and rational.

I personally LOVE albatross, he’s a perfect blueprint of how animus magic works. He was never really “evil” he was just driven mad by the choices he made and the queen’s constant manipulation, I think he’s less like darkstalker in the way he never mad any evil decisions up until the end. It wasn’t his magic that turned him evil, but the evil was caused by unavoidable products of having unlimited power

When I was reading book 15, jewel rescued silkwings and silkwing dragonets from the other mind. She wasn’t controlled by wasp, and I really liked jewel actually.

Albatross’s “little bits of backstory”

I kinda think the invincible lord might be a villain in the fourth arc! It would make sense to have some sort of clash with the humans after the dragons decide to stop eating them (and maybe there’s a dragon villain who still wants to eat humans) since there was build up about the humans and trying to protect them in the third arc. Anyway great video!
Prickle and palm are the two sisters Palm gives birth to onyx as you'd imagine Queen Oasis is not exactly happy with this so she sends a couple guards to go pick up Palm but Palm jups them to take prickle instead prickle is the insane dragon in the sandwing dungeons

SLIGHT correction, Oasis sent guards after Palm because she was caught trying to elope with Smolder, Onyx wasn't born yet, but she was in Palm who was pregnant with her.

So I've read the winglet book, and I personally really don't mind Arctic. At first when him and Foeslayer were trying to run away, guards came to stop them, and Arctic told the spears to stop the guards, and the way he said it, killed the guards. So he felt guilty. But then Snowflake and Snowfox come and he really angry at I think Snowflake and hit here with fire I believe because Foeslayer blew fire out, but he didn't want to injure Snowflake, she was supposed to be his future Mate. So once again he had felt guilty. And while they run away he was in shock. And not as happy as he thought he was.
And also Foelslayer kept blaming him for stuff that he might do, like in Darkstalker Legends, Arctic gets a letter from Diamond for a deal, but He wasn't gonna do it. Knowing he has just enough love for his family that he wouldn't want to kill them. But Foeslayer had thought he was lying and started a argument.
So on my opinion I dislike Foeslayer/ Hope more than Arctic.
I really liked Blue. He was an interesting and relatable character. The pot twist of him having firesilk is in my top 3 favorite plot twists so if i had to place him in a tier then I’d put him as a solid S tier. Also I agree with you about Glory. She is by far the funniest coolest and surprisingly if you compare her smarts to Starflight and even to Blister, I have to say off of all the evidence about this… she is the smartest character out of all of the characters in the Wings Of Fire franchise.

Just quickly lagoon was the queen of the seawing in legends of darkstalker, it was her sister that got her claws chomped of. ( I just dfinished the book )

I remember the reason I began reading wings of fire was really, really stupid. My friend had been reading it and I saw the book at a wallmart and my first thought was, "I'm going to buy the book as a joke."
Then I read the book. Then I read more of the books, to the point I cared more about the story then my friend did. Now the only books I haven't read are the winglet collection.

If it were me I probably would've put Peril at The very top of the list as Love them or whatever. Personally peril has been my favorite since the first WoF manga I read(the dragonet prophecy). I just find she is misunderstood. But anyways, I do like your opinions on each dragon! It was very interesting to see your opinion on them all. :3 have a good day or night bella!

Personally, I would put Arctic in A tier. He was a horrible father, but his character development was amazing, and just think about it - He went with Foeslayer to HER kingdom, where he was treated like the enemy despite making sacrifices in favor of the NightWings, and where the climate was completely wrong for him, and where he was forced to operate on an incorrect sleep schedule for his tribe, and the Icewings (especially his mother) had expectations he had to live up to before then. He was a bad father, but was overall a good character I think. Generally, I think Darkstalker and Arctic are both far overlooked characters. Both in A tier for sure.(Darkstalker maybe S?! He's one of my favorites, although he did bad things. Again, way misunderstood and underrated.)

all i remember about mightyclaws is he was at jade mountain academy and asked darkstalker for the power to be able to draw things and then make them come to life, and then after the strawberry fiasco he draws houses for the new nightwing village. lol he is not one of the nights who kidnapped sunny 😂

You did my boy Blue dirty. He appeared bland, but towards the end of his book it makes it more and more clear that he is conflicted, he is angry at the Hivewings for everything they did but he wanted to try and believe the good in them. It hinted a few times that he was starting to be influenced by Sundew, given that he had some thoughts that he immediately went "Wait what? Thats not something I would say". He seemed to lose a touch of personality in book 13, but I feel like that was on purpose. Sundew clearly thought of the Silkwings as weak and forgettable, since they practically handed the war over. So it sort of seemed that he dropped his personality because it made it look like Sundew didn't care or pay attention to him, and that she was more focused on other things
You can also say that one of the biggest struggles from book 11 was Blue being conflicted entirely. He saw more and more about how terrible things were, and that he sorta broke his false reality. Especially when he started liking Cricket more and more, since he and Swordtail could tell that he would be broken without Cricket, as she was the sort of mold between his reality shattering. Blue and Swordtail acknowledged that it was more than greatly illegal, and once we see in Crickets book that she likes him too (probably as much as Blue likes her), they sort of hit that phase where they can't tell if they like eachother or not. And since both of their books are mainly about finding the truth and breaking the false image of peace in the hives, it furthers my point that Sundew just didn't pay attention to them. So much of Sundews feelings were affected by Willow, so she would think about Willow and her tribe more than those other 2 dragons over anything. Swordtail was just there.
