      It prioritizes building long-term relationships with potential candidates, even if there are no immediate job openings. This involves networking, engaging with passive candidates, and nurturing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

    It's acquisition (pronounced as ack-wi-zi-shun) and not accusition. Everything else is good. I'm a HR professional too.
