OH NO!!!!! How did I miss this! It's right near me! I would have loved to see what things are selling for. I have a TON of N scale stuff. Not selling just yet, but it's good to know how insane pricing is. If it was anything like Frost in Allentown, I would have left empty handed anyway. I was shocked at the pricing being inflated so high. I don't understand how these dealers keep doing shows when hardly anyone can afford to buy! Hate to be a jerk, but thank god I already have a ton of trains and track, and you name it! I could never afford to get into the hobby otherwise! Pricing has literally gone up 5 to 10X what I paid for stuff! Holy cow!
Yeah, the prices of locomotives, rolling stock, scenery, you name it feels like it's almost doubled in the last 5 to 10 years. But there's always great deals to be found at these train shows. I always spend a bit more than I should 😂 Thanks for watching!!
@niagaranscaler I saw a couple of little deals. But, it's just sad to see the overall attitudes of vendors. It really temps me to do shows just so new folks have access to affordable stuff. We all know these vendor folks bought large lots just like me for pennies on dollar. Do you really need to mark up a .50 cent tyco to 8.00??? Or even more? New peeps don't know any better. Sad to see dirt bags smile while taking hard earned money. Screw them.
