Catching Fish With Primitive Survival Gorge Hook and Cane Pole

- Primitive Survival gorge hook fishing. This is how I use My gorge hooks for catching survival food. these hooks can be made from Wood, Bone, Rock and many other materials. Its best to experiment with many different materials. You can also make these larger for larger fish but be ready to lose a lot of bait to smaller fish. If the fish cannot get the gorge hook in its mouth to swallow it, it will just strip your bait. I hope you get out and practice this survival fishing method. It can be a blast especially while teaching a younger generation while you do it. Thanks for watching and don't forget to Like, Comment and Subscribe for more video's

You just got that tiny work perfectly through that stick! It takes me so many tries to just hook it in a modern one.
Thanks for the video Ivan, Always wondered how effective these kinds of primitive fishing techniques are in practice, Seems like you know your stuff.
Thank you 👍👍 I've found that it's best to keep practicing several different methods to keep things sharp 💯💯
When i was a kid cane poles were all we had.they worked good and we never went home without fish.
Thanks for the video. I really enjoyed it.
bruh there's few items in the fishing world that can truly outshine a cane pole.we use a variation of em all year long down south, the bank pole,or Diddy pole.before it became its own entity,it was just a cane pole jammed in the bank.and now we run em made from PVC and/or fiber glass, with #36 bank line and land monster catfish lol.i made several cane poles, and while not my everyday use item, they have their place.most folks turn their nose up to em as they are not fancy enough,or didn't come with a crazy price tag.but I'm all about diy and function lol.
Very cool! Thank you for the informative video.
hmm interesting... maybe i need it one day just in case..

Show us how to bait one of those shiners on a larger gorge hook
I did that to myself with a toothpick once when I used to play with them turning them in my mouth.
👍🏿
Imagine if it was the same fish who just never learned its lesson. "Ooh the worm i saw five seconds ago when that giant was pulling it out of my mouth, let me try to eat it again."
Thats how Bluegill are 😂
Tough life for a worm. I almost hear it screaming. Auuuuuuch. Stooop. Pleaaase noo. I have a family. Please dont seperate me from them! :)
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
What about the fish? He saying " not to hard Oooow....please let me go I just wanna go back to school....."
Wow that went further than it needed to...heh
Well, in my experience, most earthworms are sarcastic bastards so I bet he doesn’t even have a family after all.
