Congrats on the Awesome house!! Looks like a quality builder! I only see one thing that’s a little weird to me and that’s the water heater… tankless water heaters are basically standard in all custom homes all over the country, why do they have a very small and very cheap Rheem 30gal tank water heater in the small garage… very very odd.

CONGRATULATIONS! This house is STUNNING! I didn't think that I could like a ranch-styled house or a one story, but I was wrong. You even have a pool. To me, a house is not a house without a pool. I love the water. And three garages? Wow! Although I only remember seeing two. I love that each room has an ensuite. How classy is that? I've only seen that once before. People are not going to want to leave after visiting. One thing though, since you asked for our opinions. I, personally, wouldn't want the bedrooms that close to the entrances of the house or the kitchen. I would want them to be secluded and more private. Away from traffic in the house and noise. But the house itself is magnificent!

100% GRADE A, that is a very beautiful house, the whole nine yards. Tall ceilings throughout the house, making a one car garage into a two-car garage and on the other side of the house a two-car garage into four-car garage The kitchen with the double oven, one of them turn into a microwave, your Master Bath is to nice with the two toilets, the long vanity with two sinks, and the walk in closet where you can stand or sit, and to top it off the color coordination. Love the windows throughout the house. The molding up in the ceilings, so many feathers to talk on. Walking out to the pool , it look like it is inside behind glass, and then the golf course. VERY NICE!

I wanted to hear about and see a few things that weren't covered, such as the Thermador kitchen dishwasher, more cabinet functionality, the window sills, the gorgeous and useful window sills, which direction your home faces (N, E, S or W), what inspired your home's design or was it a modified, upgraded custom builder template, any Vastu Shastra or Feng Shui principals followed in the design and/ or will this be followed in decor, reasoning for separating one garage from the other two, brand and types of venting and non-venting windows, etc. Kudos to you and your building on a job well done!
Love your new house man. Its beautiful. As for the garage definitely do the epoxy on the floors if youre going to be doing any kind of wrenching in them. Its worth it. Makes clean up insanely easy. Then for areas like in front of benches or tool boxes etc where you might be standing for a while pop for some of the garage foam tiles just for standing on. You wont regret either decision. Love it man happy for you.

You need a tub in the principal room instead of two toilets . Also, you need like 3 pool beds in your backyard in front of the pool.

Very nice home! Growing up in the Midwest, ranch style homes are my favorite go-to plan type. Your channel is incredibly inspirational to me. I'm currently building out my real estate portfolio and trying to get to where I can have quiet enjoyment. I have a ways to go. For the garage floors, my vote would be epoxy or polyurea. I had my garage coated polyurea about 4 years ago and I would do it all over again. Doesn't seem to be showing signs of wear at all. I'd pick a nice black, white, and gray chip to go with the color scheme of the house too.

For the garage floors, another option could be swiss trax floating flooring... a lot of the race teams use those when setting up a location for their race crew, drivers and track cars so they're not just working off of bare concrete etc...
