Let see… his motive for transferring to the same hospital. First interaction says a great deal about his character. Also, Alex said it quite a few times he can’t be trusted in a relationship. Alex knows Charlie is the one who truly loves her. Joel wouldn’t have committed regardless wanting to do the right thing when he finds out she’s pregnant. So sad we see the physical attributes of a man and think their wonderful. His personal life was poison to every one he touched.
Sometimes looking good together is the worst for the one who puts their heart and soul into the relationship. Once a cheat always a cheat. She knew this and was manipulated to return to the poison.
AAAAAH OMG THIS IS SO BEAUTIFULLLLLL BABIESSSSSS. THE JALEX FEELS ARE SO HIGH AND REAL THIS SEASON AND UGH THEY HURT I JUST NEED MORE OF THEM. TEHY'RE SO EVERYTHING. ♥

Yes, this saddened me too, in my opinion, it shouldn't have been such an end. So that last scene shocked me, but in the end, the hero brought the father to his sons, he sacrificed himself in my eyes, a hero doctor Joel Goran is an unforgettable character 👏
