I can only think of 3. Those are: 1. Paco Rabanne PH - the first frag my wife bought me and will always be my number one. Have 2 backups of the old splash bottle and one I'm going through now;) 2. Chanel Platinum Egoiste - my first Chanel was given to me on my 21st Birthday (many moons ago now) and I love it and will always have in my collection. 3. Kouros - one of my Uncle's always wore this. It was his signature scent. He died in a motorcycle accident over 20 years ago and it always reminds me of him. A true classic!! Picking a 4th I would really have to think about..... Too hard to say right now ;) But those 3 have special meaning to me and so they are must haves!! Assoluta is my favorite from the Colonia line and also the best performing for me. Colonia, Essenza, Intensa and Club I also have and they're all good too. Caesar's Man I have a vintage bottle and it's great. My wife also has Caesar's Woman vintage and it's great too.
Wayne Morris wow that’s awesome you enjoy the same scents.. Paco Rabanne Pour Homme was so close I had to include it, I really love Caesars man it’s so nice I have 4 bottles of it loll so I should be good for a while. I have to try assoluta more I only have in stores. Thank you for commenting!
Trascents thanks brother it was awesome thanks again for including me we’ll have to do that again soon! And hope you are safe as well, I’m hoping this whole madness passes soon but who knows not much more precaution anyone can take
Scents Of South Jersey yes it was really fun I always enjoy your reviews you think out side the box and that’s cool lol and this bug is getting crazy never thought I would live through a toilet paper shortage lol
Trascents yeah the hysteria creates from it was insane, that part has sorta calmed down but my whole state is on lock down, it’s only a matter of time before I am sent home from work until further notice. I’m hoping that does not happen, Il have my whole house smelling like a thousand different colognes 🤣
Scents Of South Jersey lol I know how that goes lol some time you just need to spray them to remind yourself how good they smell ... I hope all works out on your job .. we haven’t been locked down yet but restaurants and businesses are closing lol but some Southerners will have to be put under martial law before they just stop lol telling them not to will just make them do it lol
I’ve just recently discovered your channel and I appreciate your love for the “Classic Scents”. I’m a little surprised, however, that you’ve not mentioned Aramis. Although I don’t wear it much anymore, I will never be without a bottle in my collection. Thanks again for your opinions of fragrances.
I’m glad you enjoy the videos, I have Aramis too, but I do not reach for it often, I plan to make a review of it soon. Thank you for watching and commenting sir!
@@tomhoppe5757 I have my dad swears by it. He used to spray it on me when I was a kid before we would go places. It's not a bad smell, but I do think it is more mature than other fragrances.
@@gm8507, I’m not saying that it’s my favorite fragrance, in fact I seldom wear it. And I agree that it does have “old man vibes”, perhaps because it’s been around since the mid ‘60’s, but it remains a unique fragrance.
It's really hard to beat ADP Colonia just picked up Salvatore Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Colonia since it's supposed to smell similar and it's way cheaper , great video
That one smells somewhat similar but it’s very nice and way less money as you said, great for the hot weather I enjoy it a lot, they always have the body wash at Marshall’s lol
Love your videos man & your taste in old school type scents is synonymous with mine. I also have and love Paco Rabanne PH and own ADP Colonia Intensa and love them too. I used to own Kouros back in the day & thinking of getting another bottle but worried that new reformulations won't live up to what I was used to.
I don't know what it is but I love Caesar's Man; years ago used to be able to get the old formulation hella cheap like $13 at Ross, Marshalls, etc. Shame they messed it up with the new formulation. I ration my vintage bottle and feel like a high roller when I wear it.
Wow I would have stocked up on that so bad lol I’m lucky I got a lot of it now but the new version of it is so bad compared to the original, thank you for watching and commenting dude!
Vic Zampa's Scents haha it absolutely does, I do have a vintage Kouros Fraicheur and that one smells incredible but I love the original new form regardless. Thank you for watching and commenting dude!
Brett you as well hopefully this pandemic will subside sooner than later it’s definitely a change in lifestyle for a moment. Good use of our splash bottle colognes for hand sanitizer though right ?🤣
Love your channel... I used to wear Acqua de Selva with its brother from Victor of Milano.. Acqua de Colonia Fresca.. started wearing it about 1970..great stuff...Have you ever tried that one?.. to me it was a better fragrance...replaced by cologne called Fresco now.. very close to it but not the real deal from the 70's.
i have fresco i did a review on it, i love fresco but i think i like acqua di selva better especially since i grew up having my dad wear acqua di selva all the time so its got the nostalgia on its side, thank you for watching and commenting sir!
I'm just getting into the fragrance game, but so far my list of must owns are: 1) Versace L'Homme 2) Issey Miyake L'Eau Bleu D'Issey 3) Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau Intense 4) Versace The Dreamer Stay safe and healthy. I've got a big bottle of Turkish Duru Kolonya 80 incoming to bathe in.
Chi-Town California versace L’homme is very nice I really enjoy that I have a bottle, it’s very spicy masculine I detected a pepper hint when I first got the bottle. As for the rest I do not own them, how are they ? Thank you for watching and commenting dude!
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey L'Eau Bleu D'Issey is very woodsy and green herbal with a powerful rosemary top note, and a cypress and patchouli heart note. 4 or 5 hours of projection, and up to 12 hours on my skin easily. The Dreamer is a slightly powdery and mysterious tobacco fougere with tonka bean to add some sweetness. Projection ebs and flows, but I can still smell it the morning after when I shower. Light Blue Eau Intense is a blue aquatic, but without the ambroxin overload. Salty and astringent grapefruit up top, slight pepperiness, juniper heartnote, and amber and musk backbone. It's gotten me the most compliments out of any of my colognes, and about 10-12 hours max longevity on my skin.
Stefan Fragrance thanks bro and absolutely Caesars man is so good just have to hunt down an original formulation bottle, the rerelease is not so great lol
