I like the clear/white optic camouflage seen in the cinematics in MGS and MGS2. I've always felt upset that players were forced to this less attractive green camouflage. I speculate it was a player visibility concern, but it breaks my heart. Psycho Mantis and Gray Fox look great with this, as does Solid Snake when landing on the tanker.
There's great theater in how Psycho Mantis and Gray Fox utilized the camouflage. Supernatural action-thriller and effective horror. Floating midair, arms spread out, light from this commander's room warping around your form, and then it deactivates and you see this levitatin' black figure wavin' their telekinetic arms around. I love that junk. A hallway full of morbidly mutilated soldiers, and at the end is this stoic form all the fluorescent light wraps around. It steps past the broken security door and you pursue. That's theater. It's great drama to me. That crap drew me in as a 10-12 year child.
@@MeniosTzanYou got to hold up guards to get an appropriate number of dog tags for it. I forgot the number, but I do know you got to get dog tags from Very Easy up to Hard difficulties if you want to get it.
Interesting. I did not know how to properly get Stealth in Peace Walker. In Phantom Pain, I didn't know I unlocked the Stealth Camouflage, I was just trying to play the game.
It’s a really long process to get actual stealth camo in PW. Gotta do a ton of personnel farming to get your teams where they need to be in order to craft it.
I guess because there’s not as much stealth or sneaking around in Revengeance but I agree, it would have been cool to see it. Some enemies in MGRR use it from what I remember.
They’re both great games in their own way. I’m a bit more partial toward Peace Walker but if you like Big Boss and want more of him - PO is definitely worth a playthrough.
@@PerfectStealth I'm hoping the Master Collection includes Portable Ops just for completions sake. Regardless, Peace Walker seems like the most fun of the 2!
@@samuelantoniocastillomeza5034 the thing im most hyped about if they re-release peace walker on pc is a lively coop community again, theres so many awesome gadgets to use with your friends its criminal its almost imposible to find a match, like for example the first type of stealth camo you get is a gun you can shoot your friends with to give them the stealth camo temporalily
@@orangeboi3387 I'm playing it solo and yeah. The EW gun, the device that lets you steal enemy vehicles, the railgun at full power. Many cool stuff that needs for you to have friends to play with.

How did you make mgs2 and mgs3 look so clean and fluid? Did you use PC version with mods? If so please share with us the links. Pretty pleaseeee

Definitely agree.
Although, the green tinted stealth camo is super nostalgic to me, personally.
The original MGS1 release on PC actually had a clear Stealth Cmamouflage. Sometimes it was a bit hard ton see yourself while using it! @LangleyNa
Twin Snakes, Portable Ops and MGS4 all have the clear camo.
2:40 Fantastic editing transition!!
Haha, appreciate it! I was definitely proud of that transition.

Thank you!
♥️
Needed that after Psyco mantis (just started playing mgs1)
My favorite Stealth Camo is from MGS2, simply because of Raidens striking hairstyle bobbing around on top of a see-through silhouette of a man XD
I wish you could wear the wigs with it on. 😂
The stealth camouflage how I get it the metal gear solid 2?

Guessing with this you can go anywhere and do anything without being caught outside of the bosses that’s neat

is it me or the most effective camo is mgs3? not in gameplay but that in a lot of scenarios snake is invisible even to the player lmao
Respect for including the Acid games
I absolutely love both of the AC!D games. I’m debating whether I should stream them before the Master Collection releases!
Why the hell did Stealth Camo get to be in Portable Ops and Acid but not Revengance?

I mean they are all cyborgs and machines, they likely just see you anyway with it active
Seeing it's even included in Portable Ops and Peace Walker makes me want to play those games even more!
