गीता में भगवान ने सतोगुण रजोगुण और तमोगुण के विषय मे वर्णन किए है, जहां पर अलग अलग आहार का हमारी सोच पर, मस्तिष्क पर प्रभाव के विस्तार से बताये है . हमारे सयाने भी कहते हैं की जैसा खाए अन्न वैसा होए मन, किन्तु यूरोप इसे नयी खोज बताकर क्रेडिट लेने में जुटा हुआ है.

Europeans never agreed with this and propounded that each system is independent on it's own. You are the first I noticed who are indicating a relationship. My personal experience is that whenever I had headache, it is always related to stomach ie overeating, eating heavy diet etc. All I did was to skip a meal and was fine after overnight sleep. When I was in usa, I contacted covid. Contrary to my son's advice, I refused to go hospital. All I did was relaxed, slept, no food for 4 days. Fifth day I was fine and took a cup of tea after bath. I was 79 years then and in good shape for my age. My usual diet 1/2 or 1/3 of what others eat. No non veg.
That's why in Ayurveda intake of TAKARA a mixture of curd of cows milk , a pinch of peeper powder, one tea spoon ground ajwain and zeera empty stomach. Don't take curd at night.
