I love the vlogs, my husband is working Christmas day this year so I'm going to be borrowing from the Jewish tradition of eating Chinese food on Christmas. Have a wonderful Winter break.
My Chanukah decor comes down immediately, lol! I do leave my Sukkot and Shavuot decor up because Sukkot goes right into Thanksgiving and Shavuot is such beautiful Spring, floraly goodness I love it! But we also live in a toy hauler RV, so space is tight. Most of the decor is on top of our slides and on the countertops and island, so I need the space back! Love seeing Chanukah vlogs!!❤
Next year Chanukah starts on December 25th eve!!! How nice is that! Falls within the Christmas 12 days..Always a tad bittersweet when special times end! Love always...😊❤
That’s funny about seasonal decorations, isn’t it? Before the actual holiday (Christmas, in my case), they warm your heart and make your eyes sparkle. The day after the festivities end, they look tired and boring….but still with an idea about what you can do bigger and better next year! 😂
I’ve really enjoyed your Hanukkah celebration!!! Since I celebrate Christmas my daughter donated a table top tree to me. I have a fur baby/kitty and she kept climbing my first tree with her. She’s only knocked down the tree once. It’s like have a toddler that never gets out of the exploration or mischievous stage. I did get a glitter lamp. She hasn’t messed with that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful celebration with us. There’s something so magical about children and the holidays.💙
We have TWO new rescue kitties this year! So it's a tabletop tree with Dollar Tree ornaments for us (unbreakable lol!) I'm using one of my daughter's weights to hold it down so the tree can't be tipped over lol!
My goodness, how those boys have grown 😮. I love watching their interactions with each other. They're absolutely precious. I truly appreciate being able to watch the boys grow up. It's magical. ❤

Just found your channel. I watched all the days of Hanukkah with the boys. I am not Jewish so it was great to see how you celebrate with the family. They had a lot of fun. With school and gymnastics and climbing plus more, it is fine to make easy meals and ordering in for a party. Don't feel bad. It was nice how your family brought treats. I liked the tour of your new basement. It is set up great for the boys and then you have the den/tv room. Your upstairs family room is set up nicely. There's lots of comfy seating and the toys for the kids to play while the adults visit. It's been a very busy holiday time so now you can relax and get the kids back on routine until winter break.❤️

Great video, I've been catching up with the videos on your channel and it's cool to see how they boys have grown! Max as a toddler looked so much like the boy version of me as a toddler, so I had to show my mom, and now she is hooked on your videos.

I have loved watching your Hanukkah vlogs and look forward to them every year! I remember the Shabbat vlogs and enjoyed those, too! As for what I would like to see in the future, I personally have enjoyed your home renovation/ decluttering projects. I know you occasionally add new furnishings, too. My plan for the year 2024 is to really focus on improving and upgrading my home. I live in a 1920s Craftsman-style house and because my husband and I aren't very well off, we have put off doing home repairs/upgrades because of expense. This year, I am determined to save as much as possible to make it happen! We just bought a new mattress, dresser and bedspread for the bedroom, thanks to a monetary donation from some family members. I plan to save for redoing my living room. I really like your home's color palette and would love to see how you come up with your ideas (like the basement project!). Thank you for sharing bits of your life with us, and it sounds like you had a wonderful Hanukkah!

You mention your kids school in a few videos, can do a video on how you came to find it, and how it’s affordable for your family? I have 4 kids and there’s only 1 day-school, and 1 yeshiva within an hours drive, both at 20k tuition per child 🤪 so…. We homeschool😂
