Thankfully with my job I do not have a lot to worry about. I work in a office for 12 hours on night shift and most of the time I am the ONLY one in the office. So I can get up and go into the bathroom and go change if I need to. I Carry a couple extra briefs, an extra pair of vinyl pants, as well as wipes and cream in a backpack that sits next to me at my desk each night.
Societal attitudes towards incontinence and the availability of products to manage it have changed dramatically in my 66 plus years. Even the attitude of health care professionals have improved greatly.
I use BetterDry with a Quadro Deluxe booster. I also wear a onesie. This combination has gotten me through long work days. I'm a truck driver. I used to wear with plastic pants or ect, but I've come to find a good routine and stuck with it. I still actively look for better products. I come to find that the products with landing zones usually don't provide a good fit around the legs, mainly in that area that you've shown during the underwear over top. If a company would make a premium 6 tape brief that actually worked well, I would probably switch forever.

Thank you for the video! What about Gary active diapers covers?. I work as a porter and I am in and out of cars would this help not for the product to move or the padding to rip? Should I use a onesie for my work to keep the pull up in place?
I personally believe products like the Garywear Active is an important product for many reasons, it will add protection from rips and tears in the back-sheet but won't really help prevent padding from clumping, that comes from mostly movement, A onsie can help with this a bit because it helps keep the product closest to the body but this also wont stop clumping only possible help. I have used this system for over 10 years and will not go out in public without the Garywear and onesies!
Real World Incontinence once’s hours go back up I might look into some of those And onsie, for my worl because right now I have trouble with the clumbing up even if I don’t wet heavy!. Because I am and out of cars and very frustrating! The padding won’t even hold 8 hour!s the diapers you use in this video, do they hold up well with a lot of moving?
The motion of getting into and out of cars is not a great one to prevent clumping, The Molicare I prefer to use as the "inner brief" is great for me for 6 hours and I do not usually have cluming issue with that in that time frame, The Elite Hybrid used as the "outer brief" in the video is a new product and was for demonstration purposes and I do not have enough personal long term experience to be able to answer that But I can say its build quality and performance in testing is simular to other products that I do have more experience with.
Real World Incontinence ok thank you been wanting to try these see how they work for me at my job. Any other products you recommend? Thank you for the help.
