This sort of playing made me a beast. When Bannerlord came out me and another vet took on an entire wave of 20+ players with the 2h swords. The entire day was us going like 45 / 3 every single game. I haven't had that much fun playing a video game in years, its a shame Taleworlds was not able to keep the massive surge of new players active.

I've always enjoyed the duels that took time. It's never fun to die fast, or kill fast. I love the sound of swords clashing. I've put thousands of hours into this game, on both SP and MP.
My greatest hope is that we astroturf this into the TH-cam algorithm, putting it into the video recommendations for millions, however irrelevant it may be.
Bannerlord combat is just as hard as Warbands, if not harder. It took me 200 hours to “master” Warband’s combat and I wasn’t even that great compared to some of the 2000 hour multiplayer players. I’m 150+ hours into Bannerlord and plan on playing much more and I’ve just mastered shield blocking after all that time. Also yeah, I agree that Bannerlord’s combat restricts you to more realistic styles, but that’s why I think it’s more difficult to master. You can’t cheese the jank as much as you can in Warband.

Yeah that’s the fate of non-ranked multiplayer games. It’s also why I loved Warband. Yes, you can only play whilst it’s alive and popular, but those peak moments are unlike any ranked game I’ve ever played.
Only thing is that it's not dead and some servers find +80 at good times. Also recently, i have been seeing more and more new players in big servers. I suggest you try Napoleonic Wars as it has firearms and you will always have a chance to shoot people you cannot defeat in melee.

This game and a fair amount of Diablo 2 sums im my childhood.. literally 10,000 hours minimum in each of those games.. wouldn't trade those memories for 100 bitcoins

Bannerlord has smoother animations, but these animations restrict the player, creating less interesting duels. You speak facts.
