you forgot these steps:
- run into a coilhead in solo during testing
- uninstall LCVR
- purchase new pants

@@ZEIGHT4 The worst part was that it couldn't decide whether or not I was looking at it. So I got to watch it kind of hop skip and jump its way toward me before it (very loudly) ripped my head off.

Yeah it should be good fun! Though DaXcess the mods creator just told me hes been having issues when he has more than 7 players in the game at one time. So we may not be able to have a large group tommorrow. But we will deffo still try to get as many people in as possible and eventually he should fix the issue so there will be more streams too!
Used it, loved it, new way to play
I believe there is another way for people having trouble with VR to fix it. Once entering the mod manager, go to "edit config". Make sure the switch under "DisableVR" is set to false. When playing with others that are not using VR, they still need that mod, but they can disable the switch to false. Hope this was of help!
- start up vr
- accidentally look behind yourself in the menu
- get off vr
- install the new pair of pants mod

@@RyanClifford So far so good. I just needed to remove an emote mod that caused my hands to be invisible. Other than that its working great.

Got VR running but the main menu is extremely close to the camera and cut off almost entirely. I can't select anything to start the game :/
Question do you use a cable or can you use steam link?
Is there a way to bind things when using VR? As I wish to figure out how to use the reversed mod like the flashlight and walkie-talkie

EDIT: (Oh okay I heard it's broken on the index controller)
This now may sound stupid but "HOW the hell do I use my flashlight???"
I tried every button on the index, I can interact with doors and everything but not the items in my hand.
on the q2 its right trigger when you have it selected. My problem is I have no audio
so the vr part of things works for the most part but in the main menu I have to close one eye because the motion is way off on the left, also I am unable to join with my friends even though they are using the same mod pack. any tips ?

just downloaded the vr mod and you said when you hit all dependencies it comes with everything you need. does that include the more company mod or would i need to do that separate? Thanks mate!
No you'd need to download that one separately! No worries :)
what should you do if you're unable to move around while playing? like im able to interact with everything and do mostly everything except move via left thumb stick
I love your VR videos. I downloaded your MC VR modpack, lots of fun. The lethal company VR mod is crazy to experience. Can you join servers that dont have it installed or no? I get errors whenever i join. "An error occured" I have LC API, LCVR, and BepInEx pack with the mod manager.

They can see you. But you'll just look like a normal player. If they download the mod they'll see your hand movements and you holding things funny

ive installed the mods works perfectly fine from starting up the menu, but when i eneter in game i cant look around and stuck at a certain viewing direction and when moving my head my pov start to jitter, is there something that could cause this to happen like other mods affecting the vr mod? if so do i have to make a new profile just strictly for vr?

@@epicnoah2284 well i got it to work by pressing the pause button for me on valave index its left hand A, i can move around but cant see my hands nor the ui hud to show inventory, and when picking up item it goes into inventory but i cant hold it to inspect item or wave it around
It could be other mods. What ones do you have installed? For me more emotes did this. Id check the compatibility list in the description to make sure the mods you have installed are compatible with the VR mod 👍

Hey can you help with my vr issue? Every time I load the game it won’t load in full screen it zooms in way too much and none of my controls work
i have the same problem its like only the bottom right of the screen is visible in VR and on desktop
I fixed it. Turns out I had some clashing mods. Make sure to go through the Google doc and check if ur other mods are compatible with the vr mod 👍🏼

Hey! Thanks for the tutorial, I installed everything through R2Modman and when I launch lethal the bepinex tab gives me an error saying "LCVR] Failed to start in VR Mode! Only Non-VR features are available!" Any idea on the issue?
Are you using a quest headset? If so look at the pinned comment as someone may have found a solution to getting a starting error on quest! Let me know if it works
did you launch steamVR before opening the game?

@@nam3eyPCVR does not support Mac. Steam VR also does not support mac. Hope that clears any confusion
Just tried this. I'm lagging like hell and the frame rate is garbage. Is there a setting I can change or app I can get for oculus to improve this?

I’ve downloaded the mod but i can’t get it to run in VR mod? 😕 i place my headset on and it’s still desktop mode, any advice?
what happens if friends without vr run it twice, are they forced into vr mod?
So you do need to have a link cable or use air link when using an Oculus?

Air link works but the link cable is more reliable

If you play vr would you need to only play with vr people or can you play with someone with no vr

I'm still having a problem where non-vr users like my friends can not see me in VR at all. they can tell something is odd about my player model but they have the mod installed and they restarted there games when the "Vr is ready to use" comes up when loading the game for the first time with the mod but nothing seems to be working. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

i have this problem where i when i load into the ship i cant move and my arms are weird and arent connected to my body
i have quest 2 and booted the game up with the mod, however in the game i have no HUD and no hands the camera is also a little snappy.
does this mod not work with other mods like model mods? i also cant cycle through items and cant drop items aside from the hand and inventory issue, the movement in the game is perfectly fine. any suggestions?

I’m like a month late but your issue is to do with other mods. I’ve heard emote related mods mess it up, so uninstall those. There’s also a mod comparability sheet on thunderstore

So when I load it my arms are way above my player and the arms don’t work
Everything was fine but for whatever reason, when in game, my hands are 10 feet above me and I cannot move them. I’m not sure if that’s on my end or the mods fault however
i'm having that problem too. i think it's because the game is confusing your irl height with in game height. i remember launching the game and it said something about adjusting height but i couldn't read it in time
i also heard it could be the "more emotes" mod. if it's not that, try reading the mod compatibility doc on the mod page and disable it.

When I try starting lethal company in vr, everything works fine except for the audio and I keep getting this error message "[Warning: Unity Log] Audio source failed to initialize audio spatializer. An audio spatializer is specified in the audio project settings, but the associated plugin was not found or initialized properly." Is there anyway to fix this?

Yes exactly open steam and then start the game modded and it should open steam VR
i dont know how to get on to it on my quest 2. when u said "start your game up again " i did that and it starts me into it normally i cant figure out how to jump from "start your game" to being in vr. do i need to connect my headset via steam link and if so i did that and it didnt work this vid was unclear and ussles
How do Non VR People Run this Mod? for me it just Brings up Steam VR whenever I Try to Run it, even without my VR Plugged in

Hey I have 2 questions.
1. When I get into lethalcompany vr on my quest 3 it seems like it has low frame rate. Its kind of laggy and seems choppy im pretty sure its low frame rate. What would be the fix for this?
2. I cant see my hands in lethalcompany vr. Whats the fix for this?

Uninstall other mods, they break it. I’ve heard the arms issue is related to emote mods
