These DIY ideas are so cool and look doable! Cat toys, cat towers tend to be so expensive so building them ourselves is a good option I didn't even think of.

@maryzambrana7141 He started drinking out of the offering bowls I leave out on the counter since I don't have a proper altar, lol. Luckily they're all full of fresh water and big enough that they won't tip.

You should see all the others he's done. Very impressive, and he even gives a lot of ideas for games you can play with your cat. I just wish I had as much energy as this guy does! 🐱🙂

Yeah most of these DIY cat toys and houses would not last 1 hour with my cats. My cats would love all of that stuff and have a blast, but the construction is not real good on most of it so the fun would only last a short time. LOL Love the ideas though.
@@vickieclark5931 -- Exactly! Some of the ideas are very ingenious, but the actual manufacture is really flimsy. Like yours, my cats would destroy all of this stuff in ten minutes flat.

But I stand by what I said: they are flimsy, my cats would destroy them in no time, and they are all much too much work (effort and time) to spend on something that won't last the blink of an eye.
I guess maybe an idea of "how" to make, could be there, you can use whatever materials you'd like. Ditto, tho, mine would tear these apart. They have their $100+ cat tree in shambles.
@@ffeff8353 true but so many of us who have cat friends cant buy actual cat trees. in my country its so hard to find a decent pet shop. so i just have to work with cardboard since i dont have proper tools to work with wood and my parents are busy

What a great idea to use that big plastic bowl You have some great ideas. It's funny how they can always figure out the ones with food. BTW my 4 month old kitten is sitting here watching this whole video on the tv. She especially loved the water one & when you tied the plastic strips on the fan she had to try to catch them! I personally think the fan toy should be made with paper or fabric strips so the cats don't accidentally eat plastic but other than that these are such good ideas!! Might try some of them! ❤️
Alright… who’s the genius who did the number 6 build? That is totally pawsome and such an incredible idea! Seriously, cats can really benefit from that as they prefer (or should I say purr-fer )to be drink water that is moving rather than stationary. It uses their instincts, which is the clever part of this build.

I’ve built my cats a tower with boxes. It got destroyed in less than a day. Let’s just say that, they had a great battle when I was sleeping.

The step feeder is alike to a step'n'dine my cats used to have, one square bowl for food and another for water - helped keep the food moist.

That water fountain is genius! I wouldn't have to turn the sink on every morning and evening for the kitty that refuses to drink out of a bowl ;)

Put a large coffee mug with water on the counter next to the sink and watch kitty drink! All five of our kitties use the cup as well as water bowls. 😻
