He was also in the Cliff Richard film "The Young Ones" playing his dad. He was also in "Genghis Khan" think he played an Emperor. Another interesting video of a great actor. Thanks Darren.
I'm glad he is with his wife Joan, his son Sheridan is there too, he died in 2007. I saw his name on the stone below. I couldn't see if there was anyone else with him. Thank you for taking us with you 😊
I've seen Theater of Blood(1973) a couple of times, good movie. Can't go wrong with Vincent Price and Diana Rigg, I saw the part in the movie where Robert Morley's character is force-fed pies, I was like "Damn, he sure loves his food". Then they showed where Mr. Price's character tells Mr. Morley's character the "main ingredient" in the pies, which was Mr. Morley's character's prized toy poodles. I was like "What the (insert word here)?" Still a good movie, great video Darren. Nicely done as always
Super film Darren and subject what a character he was. Very natural and relaxing presentation well done and I hope to see you in August.. I'm selling my home so we'll be in Bradford emptying the property so if you can we can meet and exchange experiences :-))))
Thanks I remember watching him on TV as a child. Good actor. Are his ashes behind that plaque, or were they taken away? Did you look on-line about the cemetery?including Robert there is supposed to be 4 famous people buried there.
I only went there for Robert. I didnt look to see if there was anyone else of note buried there. I think his ashes are interred at the base of the wall directly under the plaque.
Hi. I don't know how to contact you direct so I'll ask you here. I've looked on the internet for the grave of David James Bellamy, You any idea? He died in Duram

It was just his wife on his memorial plate. His eldest son, Sheridan was on the plate below theirs.

Love the old actors, this days they have no talent😢
I personally think that the older films have more atmosphere and are less reliant on special effects.
He always reminded me of an owl.
Thanks

I would be interested to know whether he was buried - against the wall or underground - or was his body cremated.
