Great review! After buying the 2023 Hemi Orange 2 weeks ago I just traded it in for the Hellcat in all white. Other than the fuel economy, which is foolish to even discuss, this is a unicorn as it not only has multiple personalities, but you want to spend time with each of them. As a family hauler it is sizable enough to bring people and gear and that interior room is easy to access. The drive is civilized though not overly refined, but comfortable enough to spend days in. As a tow vehicle, well… it can, and do it well (8700 lbs well) But best yet, even while spending time with its softer more gentile side the red leather interior is taunting you with its more devilish supercar/muscle car performance. Slipped into sport and further into track modes and let the hounds of hell loose. It’s a beast that has been inexplicably harnessed in a way that allows the driver to ride on its back with confidence while G forces pin your shoulder back.
Something doesn't seem right here... You called it a last call but durangos were not tagged in 23' so with that said they were not called last call also seems weird that 23's did not come with the hellcat logo on seats.. So is this a 2021?? I own the first year production but when I was going to upgrade to a 23 but held of because of these differences...
SOLD! WOW what a fantastic vehicle that just plain rips. Beautiful color and stripes. Don't like the red interior with blue exterior. Got a kick out of the people figures in the infomat screen with helmets on. $100,000 is too much money for that hot rod. I was right, it does rip.
The 2023 Durango Hellcats didn’t get a last call plaque sadly. I don’t think Dodge has officially declared them last call either so we might see them again in 2024 unless there was an announcement I missed.
My mom has one and absolutely LOVES it! She doesn't use it to haul anything or anyone, but loves tackling the Maryland backroads with it. The drone is too much for me at highway speeds, but it's a cool truck. Thanks for posting!
So are all SUVs now called "Minivan"? Or is it just the Durango? Last time I checked, Minivans had sliding doors. Is the Cadilac Escalade also a Minivan that they just slapped a V badge on?
The Carfax shows 2 owners. Both had to take it in for recall work, so they could have been fed up with it sitting in the shop if parts were unavailable. But it could be anything from Repos, to realizing they don't need a tank and could get a hellcat charger instead, insane insurance and gas prices for a kid hauler, or wanting to cash out while these are still rare and valuable considering Dodge announced they're making a few thousand more of them.

A local entrepreneur friend of mine had both a Durango hellcat and a TRX he liked the Durango Hellcat so much more that he sold the TRX and got a Hummer EV instead, his wife drives a Audi RS Q8, but when they do family trips or want to bring the toys along, they always take the Durango. He is mega rich and can buy whatever he wants and I never hear him whining about the Durango... Interesting.

I get 14mpg around the city. 17-18mpg when I'm cruising the state highways and back roads going fishing. And get 21mpg with it fully loaded for a cross country family vacation. I don't baby the throttle either and I ALWAYS turn off eco mode (I hate when it drops to 4 cylinders). Durango R/T 5.7.
I also rented a RT Rango, drove it about 320 ish miles and averaged 16-18. Did not take it easy on it either 😅. Rentals are hardest driven vehicles ever lol. What state do you live in? The elevation could effect your fuel economy
Cars like these are a blast..for a few months. Living with them over the long term gets old in terms of poor MPG, high maintenance and an appetite for tires....not to mention traffic tickets.

I traded my 2018 Trackhawk for a 2021 Durango Hellcat. The fastest 0-60 in the Trackhawk was 3.4. The fastest 0-60 in my Durango Hellcat is 3.3.

Just had a Durango v8 hemi loaded rental car, got 9 mpg. Not even running it hard, what a gas pig. This hellcat prob gets 4mpg 😮
