Yess we should make a one big pcb with all the switches and the fan dimmer
and also inside the switchboard or in a closed enclosure near the switchboard. @techiesms maybe use a pcb mountable power supply unit(s).
Great work! I'm using the similar setup and with rotary encoder. One step clockwise increases fan speed and anticlockwise decreases. Muti step rotation sets fan to full speed or lowest depending on the direction of rotation.

I did the same using rotary encoder to sync manual and virtual values. I also attached oled display to know the current speed.

Yes we need a project to compleatly control the home circuits
1. With most number of possible devices to control.
2. Includes time display
3.networked with multiple ESP modules
shall we control speed manually when internet is connceted as well as fan speed at fast mode in blynk app.
In case of Internet mode+realtime feedback, If rotary switch position is set at 4 and at the same time if we are trying to change speed using app(say 2) then which speed will work at that time? 2 or 4? ESP32 receiving 4 from switch at the same time receiving 2 from app,value conflict will occur, Isn't it?
Nice project . How can u control the speeds with the slider , for example if u want speed 1 or 2,3,4?
I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM: When powering to the board ESP for the first time without INTERNET, the program "Void setup()". So I relay by switch, if the model wifi restart too late i have to wait until the board finish run Void setup() to connect internet. Do you have any idea to resolve this PROBLEM.

In this video you have addedreal time feedback on app of manual speed
But if your manual speed is at 1 and you changed it to 4 by app what will happen and if anyone see on manual fan regulator is at 1 but actual speed is 4 it's confusing so how you will get manual reverse feedback that you turn to spend 4 by app
Can you add actual stepper motor or servo motor to turn the direct regulator knob

if you regulate through mobile app but physical not change regulator position, if internet going down Micro-Controller sen. phy. regulator position and its down after 3sec into the phy. regulator data. try to used Push button with LED indication with different level.

@@techiesms No, i have designed PCB with 3 relays...... after uploading the program into ESP32 and inserted into board then relays are getting auto ON n OFF...... i have not connected the regulator pins to ESP32, in the serial monitor it's printing like connected, speed1, speed2, speed3.... like that printing continously...... please suggest me any solution

Tried the same project, but the esp32 doesn't get connected to the WIFI (credentials are correct - (ssid and pass)) , just the reverse "?" gets printed in serial monitor of Arduino, upon pressing the "en" button of esp32 the following message gets printed:

We will be more happy if you can make a circuit that can be kept inside switch boards, with all the features like fan dimming and controlling other appliances. Main thing is size try to make it as small as possible. If you do it we will be so happy sir.

Using 3 relays is quite bulky and not feasible option for Fan regulator, try to use different components than relays. May be miniature relays.
