Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. Fabulous summer sandwich. Also great on a salad. Love the brioche buns. Have you ever seen a New England style bun.? It's like a broad loaf of bread with buns cut in before baking. Then they are toasted in a panini press type of toaster. I like to cut my shrimp 🍤 leanthwise and when they cook they kinda corkscrew and the shape helps grab more sauce, hot or cold. Around here in Amish Land they prefer seafood with Old Bay spice. Chesapeake flavor. If you hold the Mayo I bet that sauce would be nice hot with some pasta.?? Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇦📖✌️💞🙏🥀

Hmm, maybe too much lemon juice? Try thickening the dressing with more mayonnaise.
