Lovely story about how you bought the house. Just goes to show that it's not always about the money, which is refreshing. I think they made a good decision.
I love to watch you because you are going to well together . Thank good you asked him to marry you☺️and I love you are not stressed abut the house you still have you live. Lovely couple 💕🍀 I wish you all the luck and happiness 🍀💫
This was very enjoyable. Loved hearing the back story of the two of you meeting and how you decided on this house. Hope the plumber shows up and things move forward. Looking forward to more visits from the sofa.
Really enjoyed your sofa chat. Will look forward to the next one. Love hearing your plans for the garden as well as the house renovation. Always a joy to watch your blogs and, being a dog lover, it’s lovely to see Maple. Have you had her from a puppy?
Thank you so much. Maple is a Romanian rescue and she was found by the side of the road with a broken leg when she was only a few months old. She has been with us ever since then.
This was a really enjoyable video great to hear your backstory and about the house (I'm nosy too ! ) I do hope the plumber turns up and can do your work soon good contractors are worth their weight in gold ! 😊❤
Hello both, so nice to sit with you over a cuppa and listen to your stories. I was in your neck of the woods on Saturday at the Aylsham late bootie and saw a large vegetable dish in your green, black and white pattern and thought of you. I do hope a bloomin plumber turns up soon and helps you to get things back on track. You both work tremendously hard but I can tell you're still enjoying yourselves which is the main thing, don't you think? Everyday pockets of joy are so important. I look forward to your next Vlog, bye for now.
What a beautiful share! Thank you for this! I enjoyed this so much! I really love your sofa chats and the variety of videos, tours, progress shown, the expanding garden, antique stops..all of it! And this share was so interesting about you discovered this special cottage!! Now I have a question...what is the story behind the name of Starr Corner??? Thank you 🙏❤️🩷💖💕😄
Thanks Lisa. That is a good question and one we can't answer. At some point we are hoping to research the history of the cottage. Hopefully, we will discover more then.
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle ok so the name came with the cottage.. perhaps the previous family might know? I'm American, but lived in England (villages in Essex) for nearly 4 yrs and I love how homes have names!
@@lisabradley7292 Yes, we renamed it Starre Corner because that is what is on the deeds. There are 4 properties, all incorporating the word Starre, just on this corner. If I had to guess, I would say it is something to do with the amazing Norfolk stars, which are incredible on a clear night.
Love the sofa chat. I know it feels like everything is going at a snails pace But soon it will be over and you will forget the pain. Just like childbirth. And everything will be beautiful.
Really enjoyed the vlog. Would it be possible to have a tour of the garden areas? As really enjoyed your garden plans but can’t picture the areas. Thanks Judy x

Enjoyed your sofa chat. Good luck with the plumbers and hope all goes well. Finding good reliable people is difficult but once you have found them you can keep them for always. Loved the story about how you got the cottage and how you got the once over by the family - nice story the house obviously meant a lot to them.
What a beautiful backstory of how you came to own the house 🏠! So funny how you met became you both seem perfectly suited to one another!!! 💕.. my question is.. did the two friends who were dating last? !
Enjoyed watching your sofa chat. Hope the plumber turns up tomorrow. Got to ask, what is that behind you Louisa? Every time you sit on that sofa I spot it. It is at the end of the two pictures (over your left shoulder) and looks as though it is made from clay, a domed shaped item. Please solve the mystery for me ...
You two make such a lovely , upbeat , charming channel.
Thank you 😊

We were stunned when our offer was accepted. These days it's normally all about the money 😊
It sounded like the vendors and you two was on the same path :)
