I didn't know you were making guides recently, that's great! The game needs guides like these so the gameplay gets better. Can you make more general guides, like on specific maps you think people are particularly bad or on specific roles, like tank, or maybe even drafting?

OK I have actually been waiting for Maiev... You read my mind! I am looking for Yrel too, but there's some guides made by Liam already, although they are not on the current patch.

    Tank: arthas/tyreal/imperious
    Offlane: arthas/ragnaros/imperious
    Healer:tyrande
    Range: jaina
    Melee: valeera
I know these arnt the most played heroes but I enjoy them the most. Also I think people sleep on arthas offlane/bruiser. Anyway I know your zera is broken 😅 but even if you don’t do a valeera vid, explain why she’s so low tier. Seems like her openers are insta pwn, and she can off lane and she’s just cool damn it. Would really like to hear your opinion on her and arthas offlane heck even main tank. Thanks for these videos I can’t believe you doing these and it’s very appreciated!

Hey, thanks for your thoughts! Valeera is a niche pick, she can be strong on bigger maps as a roamer and ganker especially against other melee assassins'/squishy assassins like Zeratul, Tracer, and Illidan, but she can struggle pretty hard against tankier drafts and higher sustain drafts and also in teamfights especially if the opponents have vision reveal and/or point and click CC. Personally I don't play her because I find her difficult to get value out of, but I think she's pretty solid if you're good at her.
Arthas is pretty weak in my opinion, most other tanks/bruisers just do more than him at what he's good at, but his niche is as a good counter-pick against melee auto attackers like Greymane, Illidan, and Kharazim

The IAS 20 talent also combos well with Naisha for siege or even faster clutch bruiser camp.

Edit: I'd love to see a Lunara video in this style! Cheers ❤

Awesome guide and super useful for someone like me that just started playing her. Btw, I've heard that the E build is less powerful but easier for beginners, could you explain it a bit? Thanks in advance, great work!!

    Hello
    I'm enjoying your videos.
Do you have any intention of producing a Hogger guide video as well?

is there a reason why that your settings are on so low quality? love your Guides by the way

    • @kure111
      @kure111  ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hey, thank you! I use all low settings because HOTS is CPU bottlenecked and runs on the old SC2 engine and as a result it is not a very optimized game for performance so in order to get the maximum amount of FPS and have the smoothest gameplay you need to have everything on low

Hello, mid diamond maiev here. I have to say I disagree on the ult's choice because with Q build (which I also play all the time), you intrisically want to get as much clumped up heroes as possible. By removing a hero out of the fight, you're just making it harder to hit.. at least, the way you're using it, always spamming the disk. I'm not particularly arguing to go cage and go in like a monkey but keeping it for real situations seems better to me. Also, I find it bizarre because through your playstyle, you really look like a maiev tether build main (which is a really good build, just doesn't have the same macro advantage because of the lack of naishas) so I'm kind of conflicted. Disking all the time when playing tether build is the way to go because even if you tether someone then disk, the tether "pauses" as long as you're in range of the time trapped hero, that way, your team can easily follow up on a guaranted kill. So here's my questions. Do you usually go tether build or did you play it a lot in the past ? Did you try going for warden cage at the pro level ? My go to is to usually try to get a few Qs in until the fight progresses and the ennemies either 1) dive the frontline --> I go in, tether the backline, warden cage on both back and frontline 2) they get mid life or so through poking and a couple Qs (never use my E for damage unless waveclearing) and then I dive, tether, ult, vault and get out of the cage, get some Qs in and if my tank dives and gets AOE stuns (anub, blaze, apoc, garrosh Q, anything like that) I know I am going to wipe them all thanks to level 16. Hope you can answer my questions and we can figure out better ways to play maiev !

Cool guide and very nice explanations.
You're a bit delusional about the value of those 'big damage pokes' & 'winning trades' in HOTS. But I guess that's what you expect of NA tournament players.
    Nonetheless very nice video!
Also probably a good idea to re-evaluate your 'macro-maps', DK for example is way too small for maiev apparently. I agree that maiev seems like more of a counter-pick and decent at camps. Wave clear is average/mediocre, but not bad for a melee assassin.
