I've experimented a little bit with Leonardo, but haven't really dived into it yet. The new Alchemy feature works wonders for more detailed images. I actually didn't realise it was activiated until I'd used up my daily allowence. When I ran the same prompt without Alchemy, it was like night and day.
Which free upscaler are you talking about? All of the upscalers i've used don't allow commercial use of upscaled images, especially for t-shirt design.
Hi Philip, thanks for the tutorial, need to ask you how I can save the design on illustrator. Like, I've to do 'SAVE" OR "SAVE AS" I'm confused, do you have any full tutorial on it? Please help.
What about using Leonardo ai on commercial use like Midjourney. At midjourney you pay for use commercial use and print on demand. How about Leonardo can it be use for commercial and POD use? Where are their terms written? What about copyright?
"Free tier users are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license by Leonardo.Ai to access the assets they create using the service for their own commercial use." (including reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, and performing them)
Thanks. Where can I find the comercial licsense it is very important because I want to open a POD shop. I tried to find it in their website and didn't find it.@@PhilipAnders
Hi philip. I've already linked printful to my etsy store. Should i unlink it before linking mydesigns? And if so, is there a video u would recommend me watching?
Hi Philip. I have a two layer-design made of a background and a silhouette and I would like to make the silhouette transparent so it would take the color of the t-shirt? Thank you in advance 👍
not sure which software you're using but in illustrator you can use transparency masks for that, in photoshop layer masks. I show the process in many of my design tutorials ;)
@@PhilipAnders I'm mainly using Illustrator. I tried going through all your tutorials but haven't been able to find it. Would it be possible to point me to the right tutorial? 😊
So to be honest, if you grab someone's art and use it commercially its pretty rare to get caught i mean seriously a chance of one in millions if they don't do reverse lookup ...... @@zwektlvrai8116
@@cyrocoid If the person that made the image saw it they could file a copyright complaint against you with the POD site. Great video, thanks! Quick question: do vector files need to be resized before uploading to POD sites? Or can they just be enlarged as necessary in the design interface?
It concerns me that AI is not copywritable only enhancements you make so If a POD asks to you have the sole owner/right, clicking No would just prevent you from uploading right?
Please make a video about how to sell ai t-shirt designs & make money & which websites are most suitable for selling & can i directly use ai t-shirt leonardo image as t--shirt design?
As you convert to vector graphics, you have no DPI. You get to decide what size you want once you import your design into vector editing software of your choice (Inkscape, Ilustrator, etc.). The image generated by Leonardo (if you don't vectorize and don't upscale it) is too small to use for a design as a standalone.
Dear, I live in Bangladesh and watch your video. T-shirt design, vector design free can be created by any AI account and upload on market place please tell me. I look forward to your comments and videos.
I don't have a Beginner specific video. But this one walks you through 9 different Illustrator tools for POD & Tshirt design th-cam.com/video/ISebaqXPCG8/w-d-xo.html
I've used Leonardo quite a bit, free and paid... it's been an effing mess since 10 days ago... no consistency at all. They realize the problems, but can't seem to get it fixed. And MJ, WTF is with the downscaling from 1024 to 936?

I just want to know if Gigapixel is still th best upscaler in your opinion?
or have other tools already outperformed gigpixel?

It’s a little confusing to me I’m looking for a size I need is 12x6 can I turn them to png

Can I use imaes from (community feed) for commercial use ??
No, only use your own generated images.

Hello Philip, I have a question, both the canvas and the image for t-shirts must be 4500 x 5400 px? thanks for your videos
They don't necessarily have to be, I use that format as it suits amazon merch tshirts well
thank you 👍
The prompts start at 4:30, if your'e in a hurry.
Great video, thanks! Quick question: do vector files need to be resized before uploading to POD sites? Or can they just be enlarged as necessary in the design interface?
yes you need to mostly resize and save as a png as lots of platforms don't allow the upload of vector files
What size do you recommend?
It concerns me that AI is not copywritable only enhancements you make so If a POD asks to you have the sole owner/right, clicking No would just prevent you from uploading right?
Amazing video as always ..love the content .. great work .. could you do a video on your sales from all the POD you are on .. thanks
4:05 is that mean i could use images generated by other user too?
technically yes, but since it's very easy to remix, I would go for a more original creation
The designs u r showing are not trending on POD sites.....can I generate sales on selling these?
This is a demonstration video of how an AI works not a video for what is trending

Saying that Leonardo is alternative is a blasphemy. It IS the tool to use!!!
Agreed , right now it is insane

Philip a small tip, i am using Leonardo for long time, Image dimention should be as suggested if not images will turn out distorted and ugly

the best
thanks
