Man thank you for this video. I had my rev limiter setup with the Hysteresis RPM at 100 and Spark cut limiting turned on. When I hit rev limit the other day it was very harsh and shot out a massive pop. Makes sense now, I definitely want it to be more like an OEM limiter so this is great info!
Great info bro I wash someone would do some tune videos on hp tuners ... because I'm still on my stock ecm an I heard you can get a lot from the 2 combined but finding someone reliable an trustworthy is the hardest thing to find
@@TurbineResearch that would be so helpful but i know everyone prefers there own platform I really want to tune my own car save me some money since I'm about put put on a bigger turbo
Hi, I was wondering if you might got an advise for me. Somehow eventhough my limiter is set to 7200 rpm i cant rev past 6000. Stock the Motor should rev to 6800 but somehow i am locked at 6k. If you have an Idea I would be very grateful for some hints. CLT based limiter is turned off same for overboost and stuff like that. At some point I thought that its a rev limiter at 6k but i turned that off too. I am getting to that point where I feel like i have an mechanical issue. But maybe you have another Idea. Thanks in advance
Excuse the noobish question, but a rev limiter with fuel cut only (as you said OEMs do) seem like it would send the car into a super lean state? Is that correct? Does it not actually matter? Or are the OEMs also using the progressive retard? I'm just shooting for a OEM like cut right around 7200 on a lightly boosted miata without going super lean to do it.
Hello good time I want a 2008 Suzuki GSXR 600 four cylinder engine with Mega Squirt (SR8) and I don't know what to do because the trigger gear is twenty-five minus three and I need help, thank you.🙏🙏
MS3 can do a burnout limiter but MS2 doesn't. You can technically setup your launch control as a burn out limiter if your aren't using it for launching

Thanks John ! I'm stoked to see your build back on the road and going well. Keep it up !

If I knew HP tuners I would definitely make some videos for it!

I've been reading and told conflicting information on using fuel cut safeties. On a turbo application, what do you use?
Could you do a video on microsquirt trans controller?
Unfortunately I have no experience using one as a transmission control
Hi, will you make any video how to setup the Maxx ecu in Mtune? Do you using or not yet? Thanks
I will eventually make some mtune videos
Awesome vid boss
Thanks 🙏
Очень хорошее видео. Спасибо.
Does this work for 2017 Lancer ES M/T

Try doing a trigger log on your crank sensor and make sure the crank signal is clean

I don't have any experience with custom trigger patterns other than the provided patterns in tuner studio
Podrían traducirlo al español por favor es una información muy buena pero es complicado entender en otro idioma
