    This is such a difficult pose in my practice (short hamstrings, etc). This is an amazing tutorial, the best I've come about. Fair play to Joey for such a sound and complete explanation!

      It's for a lifetime of practice, which makes it all the more exciting, as our bodies are constantly changing and adapting and moving and wow... yoga goals in this video, indeed! Best wishes in your life and journey!

    Amazing details unlike most Yoga videos around. Few people realize that Yoga is much more than just twisting and turning awkwardly. It is in the details where the challenge and beauty lies.

    Hey Stu, any reccommendations for herniated disc l5/S1 with pretty bad sciatic nerve pain?

    • @Loveyogaanatomy
      @Loveyogaanatomy 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it is a recent injury and it is a posteral lateral herniation the forward folding would be considered contraindicated. If you are in that sort of pain I think you would do well to seek out a local teacher that can assess you as an individual and on a pose by pose basis. Best of luck.Stu
