    They now sell a neck pillow that’s empty that can be packed with your clothes to fill to your desire of comfort. That way you can actually add space to your luggage and the pillow serves two purposes.

    I use my neck pillow "backwards" to keep head from rolling forward or from leaning to side at an awkward angle.

      Came to say this exact thing. It’s to stop me from “falling forward” and jerking myself awake haha!

      Apparently that's actually how everyone is supposed to use it. You two seemed to figure out what most of us haven't, lol

    I love the suggestion of bringing herbal tea and some fake Baraka for that extra boost of vitamins and minerals. It's like a preventive measure against feeling drained during and after the flight. And having wet wipes, a toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitizer, hairbrush, and deodorant in your in-flight pouch is a genius move. Taking care of yourself and feeling fresh in the morning can make a big difference. Thank you for sharing these fantastic tips for a more comfortable and rejuvenating travel experience. I'll definitely incorporate them into my next long-haul flight. Keep up the great work on your channel!

    I agree about the airplane food. It’s not the end of the world. I have gotten food poisoning once from it. But as long as it’s safe to eat people need to stop complaining about it.

    All planes done have flaps to hold your head up straight and if they do they are long comfortable. There are more neck pillows to support neck not just the one’s that aren’t good. Would be hard to rely on neck flaps if they aren’t there and if so if they aren’t strong enough , then your head jerks falling forward and wakes you up which sometimes hurts . But there are way more comfortable neck pillows that support your neck that are affordable on Amazon . But then again you can do what you like and every airline is different.

      Re ditch the neck pillow. I’ve heard that seats are configured for up to someone 6’ tall. I’m 4’10” so seats are incredibly uncomfortable. I need a neck pillow for support at the right height.
      I even have to use a support pillow in my car.

      Doing personal hygiene things in public is sooo tacky and offensive. Cutting your nails and wearing a face mask should be done in private.

    • @jasminebounds
      @jasminebounds ปีที่แล้ว

      @sandrakramer1520 you clearly must not be talking to me cause I never mentioned face mask. And if you are talking to me, stick to the topic, not go off on a subject that's not mentioned . And if you don't like masks, that's your right. But stick to the topic .

    Can’t disagree more on the neck pillow on a long-haul flight. The Cabeau Evolution Cooling Pillow is well built, supportive, has indentations for over ear noise cancelling headphones and it allows airflow. If you’re in First or Business Class you won’t need it.

    I’ll never ditch the pillow! I’m short and those headrest flaps aren’t made for me.

    I used to do sheet masks on plane, but then saw a video saying that once on plane, in terms of your skin, it's too late to start hydrating with masks. Do it before flight they said, and then keep drinking water on plane (no caffeinated drinks) and putting moisturizer on face, if you want.

    • @kategracehooker
      @kategracehooker  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s fair enough, I moisturise my face daily like a normal person so the sheet mask is just a booster to maintain that moisture barrier, plus it just feels nice and relaxing but you do you x

      @Cdnl4927 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Minimal Traveller It does feel nice. I'll do it before the flight now.

    but... how would you change your underwear? Like there's no way I'd use the bathroom in the plane to change nor the ones at the airport.

    So happy watching this one, I love packing videos because I learn so much and because I travel often. I'm a light packer so tips are very much more needed. And thought I'd recommend a good travel carry-on bag you can consider on your future travels. It's the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane.
