- Welcome back to my channel! This is a short segment out of lots of work I've been doing at on a local site which is actually my own school! It's a small area and has limited access which makes it more of a challenge when in a large machine like the JCB 140X. Stay tuned for the next video coming soon featuring a different excavator on site!
Thanks for watching! Feel free to leave any questions or comments below :)

Thanks Ben For a really Nice video You make the Job good.. Regards J.
Thank you :)
good work lad started young. how long you been driving? and what sort of day rate are you getting if you dont mind me asking. cheers
Thank you mate! First got behind the leavers at about 4 years old, and I’m 17 now so… a little while! Money wise, I’ll be completely honest I’m in it for the experience and not money right now. I’ve done a few weeks before completely for free just to have the experience of that particular job or machine. Otherwise, anything from £10-£15ph ish. Obviously a little less than your typical experienced operator due to my age 😁👍
Hi Ben Did you have any experience before you did your 360 course?
Yes, at least 10 years on and around machines. Was 16 when I did my CPCS in the other video so had just been gaining more and more experience up to that point.
Awesome work Ben mate a question though I have my telehandler ticket but struggling to find work it looks like there is more work on 360 am I correct in saying this
Hi there, Yes there is alot of work available on 360's at the moment, especially with all the new infrastructure projects like HS2. I haven't got my telehandler ticket but have driven them lots before and I much prefer working on 360's. Especially on bigger jobs, there's a lot more independence and it's down to you to figure out the best way to get the job done which I like.
