Thank you for this video. My odometer is flashing after minor front end accident, no air bag deployed. I am getting the "incorrect component installed" error and airbag light is on. So I think this might fix it. I am grateful you took the time to record.
How did you resolve the blinking odometer reading? My battery needed to be replaced and I tried to crank my van before replacing the battery and it was nearly dead but it was enough to crank the van but when it cranked barely it cause my ESC and my ABS and my odometer blinking and my ambient air temperature to flat line so all these trouble codes came up on the dash by cranking it with a low battery charge, any information you could give me would be helpful thank you
I have this same issue with a 15' Promaster City I just bought and the local RAM dealer is clueless about it...apparently the head unit was replaced with another OEM radio and think that is why the Odometer is flashing!
Thanks for comment. You are absolutely right, these Promaster need Proxi alignment after any electronic part that is on CAN bus or LIN bus that have been replaced. Please SUBSCRIBE to my channel and if you like the video give it a 👍🏾 like.
@@quickautomotivediagnostics8728 if i have replace my radio with a aftermarket if i do a realignment will it stop blinking or only if i put back the oem radio ?
My 2015 promaster start doing same thing also my ac stop working. Climate control has no power. Nothing works about AC or heat... What you thank is the problem?.

solve the battery problem first and get a scanner to reset the proxy.
@@quickautomotivediagnostics8728 thanks so much! I put a new battery in and I will give that a try, Really appreciate the quick reply!
