Hi there! If you go to 6:22 in the video, I show one way of rotating text. Click on the text box first. Then click on the button with two arrows and drag to rotate the text until the degrees box says "180." This works the same for images.
There's another method to rotate text or images upside down. Click on the text or image first. Then click on "Position" in the top white bar. A sidebar appears on the left side of the screen. In the "Rotate" box, type "180" and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard. That will flip the text or image upside-down.
