If I just finished eating bake beans, fried perch fish what should my blood sugar be. Please let me know and I will let you know what my number is because I just took my blood sugar. Thank you so much for caring and loving people.🙏♥️
Another informative video. Thanks dr. I watched your videos after jeopardy. I do try most of the things you said, and the information is very helpful. I've been watching for the past 5months. Lost 12 lbs and .4 points off my A1C, I exercise 5 to 6 times a week. 30 mins. Like to read the comments from your viewers. Thanks🙏🙏

This happened to me today and it was confusing. My sugar spike about 60 points when working out in a fasted state and my Dexcom started beeping and gave me the warning. After watching your video I had a better understanding of why it was happening. Tomorrow I will try to keep my heart rate lower and not work out so intensely. Thank you for video.
Yes or maybe the answer is more like when exercise creates a negative effect on your body, then it’s too much. It’s not about diabetes solely. Every animal is bound by these constraints.
My sugar goes from 100 to 140 with exercise prior to breakfast. As soon as I eat a low glycemic meal it starts to return to the previous level. My organs pump more sugar into my body than the food I eat.
Hi dr, is injecting insulin just before starting exercises for the day, example i inject my night insulin at around 10pm and at 10:01pm i start doing my exercises. Will that contribute to a blood sugar spike? Been doing that for months but lately im experiencing spikes that also stay elevated till morning so im worried. Last night i exercised about 2 hours after dinner, but injected my night insulin just prior to starting the exercises. Around 1 hour after exercising i checked my blood sugar and it was pretty high at 9.5. Then i waited for another hour to test again after having my bath. It dropped to 7.2 which is an okay number. Went to sleep and the 1st check in the morning showed it had bounced back to 9. Quite strange, never experienced this before. Appreciate any inputs. Thanks.
Hi there I have a 14 year old with this same issue. She got diagnosed 8 months ago with type 1 and is doing sports and this happens to her when she goes to Practice and I'm getting concerned.
So, if my workout regimen consisted of HIIT and rounds of sprints, which would cause brief spikes in blood sugar, would this in fact reflect a high A1C merely due to my choice of training!?
i walked and run at night then i went home and sleep....in the midnight i suffer hypoglikemic, my heart very painful, cold sweat, shaking, then i drink sugar water then i feel better
You need to eat more post workout. Your body needs glucose to replenish after exercising. Doctors won’t tell you this and love when you’re misinformed. Diabetes is very complex and everyone’s body is different. You really need to eat more and focus on getting a mix of nutrients. It sounds counterintuitive but if you understand how the body breaks down nutrients then you wouldn’t fear eating a bit more. In the future you’ll see that you won’t need a nighttime sugar boost if you dial this in.

Is there such a thing as “too much” exercise for a diabetic? I work out a great deal most days.

Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Video! 💯
Hey doc i have a question.. When i see the spike in my blood sugar during excercise should i take fast acting insulin to correct it?
Great job, Planet Ayurveda! Diabeta Plus Capsules are an amazing product.

How does that affect my A1c
@hoebeng1, stable blood sugar during exercise can help lower your A1c over time.
So, if my workout regimen consisted of HIIT and rounds of sprints, which would cause brief spikes in blood sugar, would this in fact reflect a high A1C merely due to my choice of training!?
