I’m not sure if my answer is correct, but Koh Racha Yai is a small island and I don't think it has bustling districts like those in Phi Phi Island. It's basically an island where you can enjoy nature. It might be a good idea to consult with the hotel. I think they will respond kindly.

Yes, when we booked through the official website, the boat transfers were included in the room rate.
