I’m a builder in Texas. I saw this video and cannot believe how tasteful this home is. Seeing this proves we have no quality of life in the USA, it’s all there! Wow
A beautiful property, the finish is of high standard. For me, the one thing that lets the property down is the shared guest bathroom. One would expect en-suit but if you can get by that then I think this on to a winner for someone

You think you ALL have property value issues come to San Diego, CA and see what your $$$ gets you LOL! My million dollar average home is nice but nothing even close to this offering SMFH!
Ever been there? Notice the walls, closed circuit tv comes standard, gated community with 24 hour security. Yup, you will live surrounded by abject poverty and all that means. There is no minimum wage, just endless desperation, filth, violence and corruption. As in all 3rd world places you will have permanently elevated cortisol levels due to fear as you live in a small heavily guarded pocket. Of course if you are in Houston, you have a taste of this.
Yes there is a villa with a bigger pool, the property is partly furnished. Please send us a email of message on Whatsapp for more information and the location. Thank you

Euro work 40 hours a week ,making 70,000 to 100,000 dollars a year, house cost to living more,Thailand work 60 hour’s a week, making 20,000 dollars a year everything Thailand have be cheaper
@@tammy93160 Europeans don't make 70k to 100k a year xD. The median income per person, before taxes, in most Eu countries is between 25 000 - 30 000 euros. I'm not sure where you got your numbers?
I LOVE this villa, especially the glass wall in the hallway, but the bathroom annoys me. The glass wall is too close to the bathtub. It needs to be slightly more spacious.
Yes a foreigner can buy this type of property, both land and villa. If you would like more details on the process leave us your email and we can get back to you with more information 🙂
So half of a parking spot in HK can buy this.. def a great deal. Joke aside, its lovely, and we plan to retire in Phuket in the next few years. Anyone expat living there now that has some tips, pros cons, how to get medical care, cost?. We are from HK and Canada Toronto, the Toronto -40c in winter is killing us physically and mentally , def need to leave soon
Not really a top but is it seriously - 40c??! I'm moving to Canada next year and I am not prepared for that harsh cold as the climate I live in currently is sooo hot
It’s so tiny but good for an Airbnb, nicely designed, I’d rent it for a vacation but it’s not livable for a family, I think only a childless person would see “a lot of space for clothes” LOL in that Towel Closet??? 😂 it is all nicely designed for a nice AirBnB experience ❤ great investment!
Depends on the size of ones “wardrobe” of course but plenty of space for many people, more closet space can always be added though, construction costs are still quite low in Thailand:) However, you’re right in it also being a great place for Airbnb rentals, but long term rentals as well due to its close proximity to one of the biggest international schools on the island 👍🏻
Beautiful home, I just dont like walls as my view. Ans if this is being shopped in American dollars we dont compute Meters we compute feet. beautiful home none the less
Hello Nicola, foreigner’s can’t own land directly but they can eg. lease it for 30 years. Usually there are clauses in the leasing agreement that allows you to renew the lease twice for an additional 30+30 years. There are other options to this method such as forming a Thai company that holds the property or owning it through what’s called a protected leasehold.
The quality of development in Phuket seems way better and more affordable than Pattaya. I’ve been looking in Pattaya but anything below 20 million baht is nasty.
Uhm, just a small tip for you guys. Cut the annoying stressfull music. It doesn't match what your trying to sell here. It only makes watching a tens and uncomfortable experience and since we want to be able to hear what your saying it's no way around getting that terrible jungle music.
1. no view. Why live in Phuket, if no view? 2. Where do I park my other 2 vehicles? I have 3 in Thailand. 3. Pool is the only thing nice about the project, but not worth moving to Phuket, again.
I would appreciate an aerial view of the villa to really see the surroundings. Great presentation anyway!
NICE HOUSE!
This is my favourite villa so far 😍 it's not too big not too small.. and the details are sooo amazing 💕
0:05 - I first thought that was a UFO at the top of the screen. 🤣
Great house! Thanks for the tour.

good thing the counter top is frost resistant, lack of that feature might prove very problematic in Thailand
🤣I thought the same.
WOW!! beautiful AND fairly priced!!

Gorgeous. Sounds like a dream. The waterfall feature.
What are the yearly maintenance and other costs estimated ?

Beautiful home, light, bright, so nice, how many are available I wonder ?
Hi thank you, there are 15 units available
This is such a gorgeous Villa. Such types are still available?
Hi, where is the exact location? I checked on Google Map, Nai Yang beach is in a very undeveloped areas, there is no grocery market around.
For what you need grocerys?Eat some bananas and go fishing!
Thanks for sharing,Handsome. What's the name of this project? I'd like to check the specific address.
Meanwhile here in Denver it's $700k for a regular house.

Furniture is included in the asking price?
Villas with bigger pools, like 20m+, how much would they usually cost in samui or phuket
Stunning place. FYI the link to the property is broken. How far is this place from top golf courses.

How can non thai people own the property. Are you sell house and lease land.
