There is a special tool and I’d does not put pressure on the pump module itself. It literally grabs the tabs and you use an 1/2” drive ratchet to loosen it. You can have that ring off in 30 seconds easily
Depends on ride height and what suspension set up any time of spring/strut combo you will rub hard. If you are lowered on good coilovers you should be able to avoid rubbing unless you go to low. Like I rub a little if I have to go half tilt going in steep drive ways only. And that's easy to avoid if you know how. Just gotta practice going a little sideways on everything.

Getting it off usually isn't a huge issue, the struggle with getting it back on seems to be more of the struggle

A turbo kit is roughly 5 to 6k ish plus you'll also wanna consider upgrading the clutch and going with the rbc manifold.
Budget 8k for everything . Quality parts and you’re set.
