I had a vivid dream about being tied to other Native women being led by men on horses as we walked the trail of tears. I woke up crying as the woman next to me was sick and she was shot. I've also had other dreams with Native elderly woman and 3 bears who sat around me in yoga position. My Great Grandma was a Cherokee.

We already have 1 life to deal with here, if we remembered all our pasts lives at once their would be too much trauma, yes overwhelming. Plus we come into a brand new brain. I believe some things do bleed through from other lives that we have as skills that certain people catch onto intuitively .anyways love the subject. Love this work, keep spreading love and light! Dolores Cannon has started multiple times that many people do not regress to past lives in sessions because it's no longer important to know that info. THIS life is the primary focus because we are about to shift and people need to learn to let go of the past and traumas. Dear Brian. This is such an illuminating topic and I love the deep research that you have brought together. In my personal experience, the page turning sound is distracting from the otherwise hypnotic state that your narration evokes. It has an effect of preventing me from entering a deeper brainwave state. I love the idea of tying the visuals in to the audio more synchronistically. There is definitely a blank canvas to work with from the visual dimension. I like the informational captions such as at 2:41 with paraphrasing and life facts about Jane Roberts. I also feel a lot of stock footage in visual collage chosen here is kitschy compared to the profundity of your writing and narration and distracts rather than compliments. I love that you're always innovating and pushing the bar. I also wanted to remind you that the recipe you already have is perfect and beautiful. My guides told me a while ago...youve lived a thousand lives. You will live a thousand more. At the time it was rather disheartening with the state of this realm however i accept it as completely accurate. Just didnt want to accept it from the "human" perspective. the only thing to share about my own reincarnation.... when I was very young, 4 years of age... coming back to a "memory" of a gunner in a B-17 .... being killed.... remembering how it hurt. this is when I grew up in the Philippines. I didn't know what a plane looked like let alone what a bomber plane. I lived in the jungles until I was 5 or 6 years of age.
I remember been on a bridge in London I was around 3 -5 years old and a car smashing into the back of the car. In this life I never been in London or a car crash ever but remember the day like yesterday the old red double decker buses the woman checking on us after the crash. I was always scared of bridges and rivers growing up. Maybe was a past life around the 70s era.

I ask this as I find the whole experience of listening to you very soporific and they put me into a dream state whilst listening in bed. Unfortunately the pages turning sound effect feels very abrupt and somewhat shocking to me, so bringing me out of my dream state (where I listen best from.) I do group past life regressions at my house and they’re fascinating
I did a regression several years ago which, during, I saw many vivid images of a life previously lived. One image was a very specific alpine valley where I lived that sloped down to the north. A few months later I got curious on google earth and actually found not only the exact valley but in the several 360 photos that are available on the map... I can see the exact spot where my house once stood. Interesting that the area is still relatively flat and level. I plan to go there this fall and spend some time looking around. But there is so much more.

I don't remember anything about my previous life or lives, though i believe this is not the only lifetime i've ever had. I just ever dreamed about being in some certain places that i felt familiar with but not the places i've ever known in this lifetime, i guess it was kind of a glimpse of one of past lives that got into my consciousness when i was asleep.

There's a difference between the brain and the mind. It's impossible to remember the experiences of a past life if you use the brain because the physical brain you have now is a different brain than the one in a past life.

I love this topic. Ive been doing some meditations on Akashic Records and trying to find out who I was in past lives. I was shown some interesting things. Then a week later my higher self revealed more to me.
Indian astrology (vedic) can pinpoint your past life portal. It's the mathematical point where eclipses occurred at the time of this incarnation. Ketu. Also known as the south node in your birth chart. Western astrology discusses this too, but Indian astrology is more accurate from my research and personal experiences.

A great video Brain. Before I started on this wonderful journey I was researching family history and on my 4th great granddad on my biological fathers side married into 1 of the Southern Paiute Tribes. But even before finding that out going back over 35 years ago, and to this very day I've always been able to go out in the mountains take off hiking and a different route back but I knew where to walk what direction to go where to step and always come out within 20 yards of where we parked and never been in that area in this life time but I know I had in a past life been in that area. 90 percent of the time in my younger days with friends when we parked and started hiking was in total darkness so never saw any kind of landmarks but I've always had a good sense of direction .

What is QHHT?
I have channeled relatives and could sound and talk like them . I have had dreams come true. I have spoke and a lot of time I was correct in what I came out with. I have been able to kinda like somehow knew what someone was thinking or I picked up on a vibration but couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I’m pretty sure traced my lineage back to beginning of time and stopped my self because of post tragic stress in my and others past lives because you can get stuck and not move forward. Medication and psychedelics can help which I never did. Because what I have experienced was so fast that I’m lucky I didn’t die. I can understand how somone could actually get lost in the sauce like an eternal suffering.. so must be careful. I see lost souls in other people which look like a farmiliar face.. I wish I could explain it better. That’s my perception. I am open to proceeding forward. My faith is what I keep. However I have experienced deception been accused of things I did not do I have been misunderstood, I’ve had my identity taken. By people closest to me. I’m pretty certain but can’t prove it was my brother. . So. When I go back to source it goes back to my brother and a foster brother both biblical. Daniel/Ben. Could be because of my family blood line. Cell cell memory and DNA. Pretty certain but can’t prove. But I have witnessed through observation of friends that actually when using a substance I see behaviors that are like animal, or even Neanderthal behavior. I’ve read about possessions and experienced strange things happen that I actually happened. I have witnessed shadows which could be spirits observing me and tge minute I come out of a tranced state that quick it was gone. … my relatives over reacted when I tried to explain and they had me hospitalized because they did not understand so I ended up being labeled. I've been told by multiple people (who dont know each other) that my daughter and I have lived several lives together already in multiple dimensions or Earths. Always with me in the role of her protector whether it be as a parent, teacher or a warrior.

I live in the USA. I am convinced that in a past life I was a WWI pilot in the RAF. My plane got shot down and I died young. As my plane was going down, all I could think about was my girlfriend and how much I would miss her. In this life, when I was 15, I met a girl who was 14, and I instantly felt a connection to her. She looked exactly like my girl from my past life, only a few years younger. I was in love again. I went through high school with this girl and we became friends. Unfortunately, we I never became boyfriend and girlfriend. I suppose this girl simply looked like she was the girl from my past life, and wasn't the actual girl in a different body. Ive heard one well put together theory that I cant and wont defend but this earth may be a training program. It operates on 6,000 year cycles which is a class. Events play out over and over and the book of Revelations is the precursor to the book of Genisis. Maybe once you are in class you are automatically incarnated into a new avatar because you made the choice previously to do that. Whatever this reality is I hope I graduate if this is Schoolhouse Earth as I do not want to do this again.

When I was 3 or 4 I stared at a daisy for 3 hours, I saw the sacred geometry in it, angels different 2-4-6 wings in the micro & macro of the Universe. At age 6 watching a John Ford movie w/John Wayne, I recognized Monument Needle & immediately remembered when I crossed it in a single wagon.
