Yes yes yes it's set to the ending of my meditation time. It's the energy and understanding of the kind of day I'm going to experience. It plays in my head and no one else's bad mood and negative energy can sour mine...any weapon formed against me can't prosper and I am blessed to have a wonderful day as well I get to encourage others to do the same. Every morning.... even when it's just me. Yesterday, Sunday, I didn't get to finish meditating and wow, every devil that could get in set up camp inside my head and had a feast. This morning was such a a difference I had to stop and comment and say thank you for this song. It's an anthem, an affirmation to start my day. 🙏🏾😁🤷🏾♀️✌🏾

36:00 Heart meditation
After years of depression and feeling worthless I decided to accept the knowledge and help from others, I opened my mind and accepted everything for how it was, I learnt about meditation and manifestation, I started living clean, no junk food or media, no smoking and then one day our in the forest I found I was completely silent, completely still inside and out and I asked the universe for a friend, I had already asked for a new car and in my visualisation that day I created the perfect moment, nothing specific, just me in my new car with new friend, the car and person weren't specific but the feeling and certain details were VERY specific, around 5 months later I'd found myself in a position where I had to help a food friends younger sister from another father who I had never met, we hung out for about 2 weeks then one day she sat in my new car that just I got with the money from my new job that I told myself I deserved months before during meditation, anyway in that moment I was hit with the biggest dejavu bomb I had ever felt, I was in shock for like a whole week, I literally created that moment in my mind months earlier, I can't explain it, I won't try and convince anyone that it's true, I just accept that this is how it.
English is not my first language but Brian voice and the way he explains it, soooo brilliant that I can understand every word through his energy.

A 2019 movie called “All the Freckles in the world” is really about repetitive persistence of affirmations and visualization to manifest.
That’s funny my freckles recently came back after 7 years. Lol😂
I used a list of 10 possible inner and outer signs of upcoming manifestation and had GPT create a story full of powerful sensory sensations, including all of them.
Adjusted specifically to get deep into my body and feelings.

Thanks very good info and delivered perfectly. I worked out each step we take to create our reality (not to downplay your viewpoint) and here it is
it starts with DESIRE - IMAGINATION - INTENTION - KNOWLEDGE - DECISION - BELIEF - WILLPOWER - ACTION - MANIFESTATION OF THE DESIRE.
A simple example is desire to eat a hamburger. When you desire it you will imagine seeing, smelling and tasting a burger but so you will then have intention to get one but you need knowledge on where to get it, how much it costs and have you got the money etc., then you make a decision to get it if you have the money and can get there, then you need belief in yourself to get there and belief it will be a decent burger then you employ willpower then action and finally its manifested.
Wow, this is true genius.....these are all ideas I had been thinking of since I was a young man, but didn't fully understand. It's amazing to have someone explain these in clear details! Thank you

Mr Brian, I have been listening to so many of your videos and meditations. But frankly, I just cannot see anything happening, or possible.
I am at possibly the lowest point of my 40 years of existence, and I see no way out of it. I have given my everything, I am feeling so burnt out, I am exhausted, physically and mentally, and I haven't even made an incremental movement towards my so-called goals.
I am now repeatedly feeling like, maybe i've just been naive and lazy, thinking that some spiritual force is out there assisting us. It's more likely laughing its ass off.
There is nothing left I can give to this world. I give so much, help so much, work so hard, for no reward. It's just not worth being "good" anymore. I keep wondering what the hell I did that was so wrong to whomever that I have to live this life of constant struggle.
I GIVE UP. There is no faith left.
When I feel I have nothing left (and I’ve felt this at different times throughout my life), I always have hope. Hang on to hope. ❤

One more huge insight. Not selling the property is what we call in recovery. A reservation! Like holding onto something just in case things don't work out. Dah! Brian!! My last name is Scott!!! Got a ton of family in the Denver area! Never know..next family reunion we might meet by the potato salad! Anywho…when I was 9 or 10…not yet started to become a woman…I had a dream 3 nights in a row and once again as a teenager. It was dark and then a light appears, no fear…an angel comes towards me and hands me an infant. I’m a little girl from middle class KY..This infant made me feel TREMENDOUS gratitude but at the time I just had the words to say love…this time last year I’m listening to Neville…and he had the same dream and it was in that moment my life changed . My Neville dream💚…THEN I REALLY WENT DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE AND REALIZED I sent that dream to myself from the future…I also said my own name last spring and I know it was my future self, I heard say my name when I was little..
