Hi, you can moved the alternator or engine mount but I'm recommended alternator,.... If you have same engine and body it's for you.

I recently did mine on my 2009 Valvematic recently - www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/193697-replacement-water-pump-avensis-18-valvematic/. Easy for me to do. There is more space and nothing else other than the belt pump is removed.
