would be interesting to see the power numbers in connection with the Pogi attack on the Galibier, both for him and for those trying to follow
I was worried this might happen to Jonas if he is isolated and Pog gets his lieutenants in force, UAE was textbook in how you dominate a mountain stage.
Jonas has to realize Pog is a dammed good downhill racer now, it may boil down to the final stage TT.
Jonas' team failed him today and Pog knew he could exploit him. Now Jonas will spend the entire next 3 weeks chasing him down with Pog knowing he'll continue to build a lead into the time trials
@noternunstoned Pogi was all alone in 2022 at Col de Granon. During the 2022 Tour de France Team Jumbo-Visma launched a relentless attack against him, using Wout van Aert, Christophe Laporte and Primož Roglič, which allowed Jonas Vingegaard to seize the yellow jersey
Impressed by the Ineos rider. Remco also looked a bit timid on the decent. On the flats, he's a rocket. I don't have confidence in Primoz this year.
Carlos Rodriguez is so lowkey his name isn't mentioned that often in the bunch.

Its going to be a boring Tour if Pogacar is going to do this in the first week. Dropping GC hopefuls like nothing. Like the Giro, I'm not interested in who come 2nd or 3rd.
Visma was non-existent in this stage, UAE has so much better helpers, i wonder if that will make the difference in the end. Chapeu to Pogi tho!
Jonas without kuss in the mountains will cost him first place,he is racing against the super UAE team and they will make it extremely hard for him in the coming weeks.

Can someone please explain why not having a teammate with you like Jonas hadn't is so bad for the stage? It's only because of the motivation it gives or it has something to do with wind, effort, etc.?
Nice report, but SBS in Australia does it better. Your commentary is very good, but it would be nice to see the DTG and the time gaps.

At this point, with just 4 stages, Vingegaard has done very well.
From Pogačar as expected. The Dane must still survive in the time trial to have any chance.
Vingegaard lost more on the descent and on the false plane because they were going 90 km/ph. Only 11" on Col du Galibier. He did well not to despair
The good thing is that Roglič, Remco, Carlos Rodríguez, Ayuso showed up.
This type of ports is not a problem for Evenepoel, his Achilles tendon will be the chained ports. He must have a big advantage in the time trials if he wants to make the podium.
Ayuso. If the "gregarious" does not explode, he is not really a gregarious.
Mikel Landa's problem is that he will lose a minute in the time trials. But he is a great physical and moral support for the Belgian.
Tadej's only rival at the moment is energy dosage.

Le comité d'organisation du tour de France ou du cyclisme mondial doit oeuvrer en mettant une application mobile comme pour le football avec des applications mobiles entre autres comme Livesports qui permet de suivre n'importe quels matchs partout où on se trouve sa Sur la terre. Penses-y !!!
