Hello, sorry isn't working for me. Each time I right-click on a project to upload I only see (Delete, Rename, and Duplicate) as options same on my phone. Need some help please

below storage it says storage and brand kit (free) > you have to click on storage again and it will open a new page. Thats the problem we all have - we get a different display when we enter our storage. Extremely frustrating.
@@kianureeves Did you PAY for your Cloud storage? When I click on storage, it shows Pro and Cloud. (I upgraded to Pro for some features.) However, under Cloud, there are three options, none of which are free.

You’re a life saver!! I ran out of storage on my phone and couldn’t download the latest episode of my show and it is due for release today. After uploading to the CapCut space from 8pm to 8:30am (it’s a long video in 4k) I was finally able to access it on my wife’s laptop so I can get it uploaded on time!

I edit on my computer then sync to the cloud, on my phone's cloud I can't download. when i click it i get the message that my capcut app is out of date but i go to the app store it says the app is up to date. I don't know how to fix them. it's inconvenient for my template creation

At 2:02 you switch to some other tab that I don't have on capcut pc, the phone is also blocking the sidebar on your video so I can't see where you're clicking. Under the "home" button I only have a "share history" button which leads me to nowere. I don't know what tab you're switching to when you say "it's going to show up here". Capcut is updated on both devises, and I am logged in to the same capcut account.
You seem to have some "my space" tab that isn't there for me and I don't know how to get it to exist for me.

it's a region thing, and there is such thing... if you don't have it doesn't mean someone else doesn't have it either.
