It looks like the result changes only if the set of elevated mods on the donor item is different. E.g. if you have 3 pairs of redeemer boots with just onslaught then the awakener orb result for those 3 will be the same. However, if you have another two boots with onslaught + phys as cold, then the lock preview for those two will be different from the first 3. If you have another pair with 3 influenced mods then the result is yet again different.
Seeds meaning each pair of boots or which ever item diff, meaning onslaught + another will give unique results as long as easy item is not the same. His crafting is god level. Me I’ll pay for the highest step in my craft then finish, I always try to cut it down by buying. The bases I need. With recon it’s easier.
so what exactly is this tech ? i thought it was merging magic item 1 would have different results with each base you combine it with but it doesnt , what did he do to have different results on each merging base? didnt catch it. Is it just if you pick a 50/50 base or a garanteed ?
For the first step where you're annuling down the mods to tailwind couldnt you also split beast the boots to help isolate the tailwind mod? This assuming most people wont be using a 30 qual pre-split base. Could save someone a lot of money maybe?

Don't get me wrong - it was an interesting video and I enjoyed watching it - but it feels like a bit of a shame that the answer to "how I mirror crafted my triple elevated archmage boots" was basically just "I used locks" when it came to the step that wasn't just repeating the same process over and over for agonizingly long stretches of time (the third elevation). Does that seem less interesting to anyone else? Better for the game and the crafters, but less interesting.
@@robertl1390 Well, they dont HAVE to. We had tons of mirror tier items before locks existed lol. It just makes it much cheaper to craft in the long run. Idk, locks are one of the few things i dont like having in the game. It's simply too powerful

Idk if I even know what an awakeners orb does. I think I saw him use an orb of conflict in there somewhere. I think I saw on his stream he has a quad tab 3/4 full of divs so none of it makes sense honestly

You have to use locks to make most if not all mirror crafts
