Allison plays the violin beautifully too
Lord, lead me home. Jamey Johnson
Peace, Love!!
Alison has collaborated with a lot of people, but what I have grown fond of recently is her duets with Robert Plant - they sound great together! She taught him to harmonize :)
"Can't Let Go" live performance: th-cam.com/video/EP-lY05dsmY/w-d-xo.html
"Trouble With My Lover" live performance: th-cam.com/video/hHUl-al3b24/w-d-xo.html
"Searching For My Love" live performance: th-cam.com/video/HS4MT77sAS0/w-d-xo.html
Or, you can hear all three of these songs in one NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert th-cam.com/video/srn5Cd9yR3Y/w-d-xo.html
Alison Kraus has done collaborations with Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin. Their songs have a Rock-a-Billy flair. You should check them out. You won't be disappointed!
Alison is definitely a go to duet partner. She also sounds amazing by herself.
Please check out Jamey Johnson’s official video “IN COLOR”.
Please listen to In Color- Jamey Johnson greatest story teller, will not disappoint!
He did lmao
Jamey Johnson. In Color. Is one of the best songs he does and one of my favorites.
Jamey Johnsons tribute to George Strait..."Give it Away" really shows his Amazing talents
That is a really amazing performance.
D Jamey is one of the nicest people you would ever meet
You should react to Jamey Johnson/Randy Houser Live at Farm Aid 2019 " LEAD ME HOME" VIDEO A MUST RANDY WROTE IT
It aught to show his talent, because Jamey wrote "Give it away".
@@Wes4Trump case in point
"In Color" by Jamey Johnson
Jaime Johnson song IN COLOR was his break out hit and definitely holds up todau.
I've loved Alison ever since Oh Brother Where Art Thou
Another duet cover by Allison Krauss you should check out is How's the world treating you with James Taylor
"I've also never heard of Jamey Johnson" says the guy that listened to and reacted to "In Color" 5 months ago.
High cost of living -Jamey Johnson
Reminds me of a similar story song be Marty Robbins. El Paso
I haven't seen Willie lately. Wow! He is getting up there!
Allison Krause, what can you say. The most beautiful voice i have ever heard.
Jamey is a great singer-songwriter. It's interesting the quality of performers that take on this song. It's like only the best want to try it. Having the angelic voice of Alison Krauss on this track is just perfect.
I haven't heard of him either. She has a Angelica voice and looks
Suggestions: “Jacob’s Dream” - Alison Krauss & “In Color” - Jamey Johnson
Alison Krauss’ voice is amazingly pure. It’s also very soft. Only concert I’ve attended where the crowd wanted the sound turned up. A few of my favorites …
How’s the World Treating You with her and James Taylor
Whiskey Lullaby with Brad Paisley
Ghost in this House
The Lucky One
A Living Prayer
Baby Mine
Down to the River to Pray
River in the Rain
Teach Your Children with Kathy Mattea and Suzy Bogguss
Man, I love Alison Kraus. Jamey has a great voice as well.
I prefer Willie and Ray, but this is also excellent! As far as the timing, I believe Alison sang "Angel Flying Too Close to the Ground" at that same event and it was also done at a very slow pace.
I agree with you. I love her voice.
Favorite Alison song is Jacobs Dream it will bring chills.
I knew you would love this version when you reacted to Ray and Willy a few weeks back.
Beautiful ❤️🔥
I'd suggest Jacobs Dream by Alison Kraus. An amazing song based on a true story.
A very good rendition!!
Wow. First time hearing this song. Love it. Great review once again. Thanks 😊
Jamey Johnson wrote honky tonk badonkadonk & give it awake
If you want your heart pulled out of your chest (like we had when this came out) Allison Kraus- Whiskey Lullaby (with Brad Paisley) ..... it's not fr the faint of heart.
Jamey is in my top 3.
♥️♥️♥️♥️
I love her version of Ghost In this House
Same key. Just up an octave for her vocal.
Very pretty.
Listen to David Grace cover it’s incredible
Jamey johnson. "Cant cash my checks" is the definition of a country song. Similar to stapleton but id say a more "country" version whereas stapleton has so much of a soul singer feel. To me, they are equals on different playing fields
One of my favorite Jamie Johnson covers i Rebel Soldier (th-cam.com/video/zGvbjfHTy2Y/w-d-xo.html) a bit melancholy but I think it is a great song and no one reviews it.
Jump in and get you some bluegrass. It is music from poor, working people way before television. Its pure and American. (and most non-bluegrass musicians have a tough time playing the genre'). Dig you some Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Authentic Unlimited, Blue Highway. Or really old-school and check out Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs.
