This I would take any gt350 over a new 24 dark horse every day and twice on Sunday. It amazes me people choose the dark horse over this just because it's "new". Blows my mind. This is 5000000000x the drivers car analog gauges in the gt350 are far better I hate digital gauges and I hate those big screens. I hate locked up tuning even more lol 😊
@xorbitman --He does'nt deserve anything. Anyone that makes TH-cam videos for a living could'nt cut it in the real world. They should'nt be rewarded at all. In any kind of way.
That exhaust note, though. Glorious. Thanks for sharing your passion with me, Joe. I celebrate your success because it's not about the money, it's about doing what you love.
What ?? It's about doing the least amount of work and leaching off of his subscribers , and crying crocodile tears so that he can enjoy having the money to buy brand new cars. Meanwhile , people that are invisible to everyone and don't have a TH-cam channel , work two or three jobs and take public transportation because they make minimum wage and don't even own a scooter. I admire people that actually work HARD for a living.
Most people do not understand what being a "car guy" is all about. It's not just going fast all the time or driving aggressively on public roads but it's about the sound and feeling you get when you're feeling one either with the machine. Congrats on getting your dream car and the connection with your dad.
I sold my 2019 GT California special got tired of wait for the 650 and I also didn't want to deal with the dealerships shenanigans , I bought a used 2019 Shelby GT350 low mileage when I first drove the I understand why people say is soo special is all about the emotion like you said 💓 for me is worth the 1k payment I have to do every month 🤑
Joe, keep up the great work. We love the Shelby updates. Far from bragging, you are one of the most humble guys on TH-cam. Your success is well earned and we appreciate all the hard work that goes into creating such great entertainment.
I finally got to see a GT 350 in your color❤❤ i’m glad you’re keeping it. It sounds great. Everybody should make it a goal to see one of these in your color in person Just amazing. Go Joe!
I would love to own a Heritage Edition. But since I paid the big bucks in 2017 for my GT350 I will just keep it. It’s in my vids have a look. Great video!
Joe I owned a magnetic grey 2019 GT350 with a black roof and stripes that looked exactly like the one you featured on one of your earlier videos. I loved that look and when I found one with the same spec, I bought it! I then bought a 2020 GT350R, in Oxford white/painted black roof/stripe delete. These are special cars. Alot of other TH-camrs that bought this car, have now sold t to dive others, to each their own, but im glad you have kept yours!

Steeda's view and my view, "The Shelby GT350R is an all-around driver's car that has just the perfect amount of power for a well-balanced ride whether it's on a backroad or road course." Enough said.
I just picked up a low mileage (4400) GT350. I traded my 2017 Jeep SRT. The SRT had only 7600 miles on it. Thrilled, but it hurt to let the Jeep go. No more room in the garage. I wish I could have kept some of my previous vehicles. 62 Impala SS 327, 67 Chevelle with 292 (bored) small block, 2000 Ford Lightning, 1995 Corvette ZR-1, 1996 Corvette Grand Sport, 2000 Corvette Coupe (Caravaggio leather interior), cammed small block, 2016 Roush Mustang stage 3, 2016 Challenger Hellcat. 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. I work hard, life is good, you’re dead a long time.
Great video. The GT350 has become my favorite car. Hearing that Voodoo is just amazing as is the exhaust. Even if you hadn't of talked, the engine sound alone was worth the video.
I’m with you. Got my new 2019 dream car 5 years ago, and never had been sorry. Love the way the FPC delivers power. Unlike some other people I know, I would never boost it. I appreciate the way it was designed. Mine will be with me till I’m gone, then my son we’ll continue to appreciate.
You make some of the absolute best vehicle reviews. been watching you for a few years now. And Glad to see you take this beautiful machine out and stretch its legs!
Thanks for the share. Both your passion and content has always been refreshing, and this one just confirms why I support you! Your love is similar to my own. Celebrating you!!!
your a car guy,,,joe and we know it,,,,love to hear about your collection and it's not bragging it's car guys talking about cars,,,,,thanks and by the way i started loving cars when i was 5 or 6 my dad use to tell me,,,,,,76 now and it's never changed except a few body parts have been replaced,,,lol,,,,knee, hip and shoulder,,,,life brother,,,,keep doing what your doing,,,,i love it, thanks again
My favorite Mustang built, the best looking of all of the S550's models and/or all mustangs models, as far as owning one only if i win the lottery, just will keep my 04 Mustang GT Just enjoy your GT350R it's a awesome car.
Love this, not bragging at all, just a car person sharing their passion. We need more of that from the community and less bragging. I’m looking forward to buying my father in laws 2013 RS5 with a V8 that also goes to 8,250, such an incredible sound and feeling.
As at GT500 owner this is spot on. These S550 will go down as some of the greatest cars ever made. No electronic screen crap, just a pure driving experience. Also 100 percent on point about the seats, bigger people (I'm 6'2 240) and I didn't fit in the recro seats.
Cannot wait to get my 17 GT350 out of the garage from sleeping for winter. I haven't enjoyed a car quite like this one in a long time. The noise, the drive, all absolutely fantastic. Appreciate the video and the thoughts!
Not gonna lie i do miss my Shelby GT350R and plan on buying another one soon, no other modern can excites the senses like these machines and ive owned them all.
I wanted a heritage edition 350r but it was out of my budget lol I was able to pick up a 2020 Ford performance blue 350r with 4k miles! I love this car and being able to own it at 27
Best sounding sports car ever!! Strong performance too ~ Just traded my 17 GT350 and ZL1 1LE for a C8 Z07 2LZ. I miss my GT350!! It was same color of the Z06... Presently, I'm looking at a low mileage GT350R that's not red, and did I mention, it's an "R" Don't get me wrong my Z06 is absolutely awesome, but as you mentioned, the GT350R >>especially
Why would you ever consider selling your shelby? You seem to be very enthusiastic and proud of your car. You stated that it brings back fond memories of your father. Shelby owners are a special breed of people and some of the most loyal car owners around. I cherish my shelby and am very protective of mine. Enjoy watching your videos and keep up the good work.
Joe, you are down to earth guy sharing your passion. Definitely, hold on to the GT 350: I think it's much more than a car to you. I think it's a connection to your past (you said that your Dad had a 1969 Mustang GT and he took you for rides). I think your Shelby GT 350 is really special !. I love the blue, the white, the sound, the gauges & the ride. Definitely keep it.
I feel like if all cars were 100% made then, these cars would be really really boring & the auto industry would go bye bye because cars will not sell if cars were perfect just saying.
I'm lucky enough to own a 2020 "regular" GT350 and it is by far and away my favorite car I have ever owned. Put's a smile on my face every time I drive it. Like you said, they feel special at every speed.
Hey joe beautiful ride. I'd keep it if i were u. And ur right it's not all about going fast , it's the thrill of the soul. Manuals r being pushed out. Take care man O! And ur right we r blessed to be able to have our toys.
Those Cup 2 tires are great on the track....but on the street your tire mileage is about 5k--too expensive. Better to run Michelin Super Sports or Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for the street. I opted not to get the PP 2 because it came with the Cup 2 tires, but not to worry because my PP1 GT has almost everything the PP2 offers--except the bigger wheels and tires. Not as critical as tires, but the horns on the newer Mustangs are a one tone horn that you can barely hear....you can switch the horn out for a 2 tone horn that you can actually hear. Love the car Joe. Thanks for the update! Long live the muscle cars!
Joe thank you for sharing your car, You are Blessed cuz you are a great guy & humble guy! Stay Blessed & Keep doing what your doing cuz you are Amazing guy!
Joe!!! Love the video, I totally get it, in fact I have one too. LR082. Mine is away for the winter so thanks for letting me hear that unique GREAT sound. Glad you still have her! Enjoy All your videos…. Thanks!
Joe you inspired me to buy my R funny thing is I was buying a GT350 and an R was staring me down in showroom while I was signing the papers ..what I was paying cash for became the downstroke loan ! Had to have the R or I would’ve always wished I did ..my girl didn’t know til later:) no regrets and you only live once ! Car is amazing!
I was going through and watching 911 videos and seen how much you loved that 2017 red carrera S. And it wasn't even a manual! So, I'd like to see you get your own 911 one day. I'd never sell the GT350R, but anything else might be fair game in my opinion to go after a manual 911 lol.
Awesome car Joe!! My advice would be ‘never sell that girl!!!’ I *almost* bought a ‘20 GT350R HE. After driving it (and loving it!) I did end up instead purchasing a ‘20 ZL1 1LE 6sp manual in Rally Green Metallic. The engineering and handling/suspension/steering and of course that LT4 were just calling out to me and I couldn’t say ‘no’. Your GT350R and my ZLE are (very sadly) the last of their breed and we will never see the likes of them (new) again 😢
Joe, I can so relate to your preference for "the obtainable" vs. a Lambo or Ferrari, etc. I've had that philosophy for decades. Anyway, your GT350 is that sweet spot for that venerable Mustang. Excellent choice.
Ha-ha, of course you don't regret buying this fine machine. Looks like a tasty slice of vanilla mojo cake ala Ford. Voodoo power! She's a beaut! I'm more than happy with my black 14' GT manual, 3.73/Brembo package. Not even 50k on the clock yet.
Joe thanks for sharing the video on your awesome GT-350R Heritage Edition!!!! Such a cool & manly car. I would love to have one. I too am a car guy; been a car guy since I was 8 years old. You have 3 manly all-American cars!!! You have the best videos also!!!! Keep all 3 of your special cars!!!! Thanks for being such a good dude. I saw you at the Chicago Auto Show. You were surrounded by people. Keep on doing what you do. It has to be more fun than being a teacher!!! Cheers to you and Lori!!! 👍👊💪😎🇺🇸💕
this has to be one of the best videos on this channel and that's saying alot cause every video is amazing. the fact your dad owned one it means even more. that engine is music to my ears. 51 years seperate the model your dad had and you have but the same soul.
I wish we got these in South Africa, not that I can afford it lol, but seeing and hearing one in person would be awesome! Still my favorite mustang to date
I bought my 2020 Heratige addition gt 350 new in October 2020. I also own a 2003 svt cobra. I hate admitting to myself that I'd much rather drive the gt350 than the cobra because I love my cobra but the gt350 is so much more fun to drive. My son will inherent both cars and they will stay in the family for many more years
Any other dealer would have tacked on 20k markup at least. You did well on a great car that will only go up in value. I own a 17 R model and love it everytime I get in and start it up!
Hey Joe! I love the way you speak about your cars man! I can hear the passion in your voice when talking about them! Please give an update on the Camero ZL1 1LE! I love that car man it’s so beautiful!
I'm 71 now,ive loved the Fords & Mercs since I was 17. I've had several muscle cars, but my absolute favorite was the the '65 fastback. 289 K code, 4 speed & 9" 457 posi. That car was so much fun to drive & fast! Barring any unforseen tragedy, I'd never part with her!❤
Hi Joe - The car looks absolutely gorgeous and its great that you have time to go out and enjoy it at least once in a while, its never good to let a car sit so long the tires flat spot and taking one of your cars out for a hot run to chirp the tires and hear the music of the engine is always good for the soul !
Joe, I remember when you were sitting in the car crying. I felt so bad for you. it was obvious you wanted this car so badly. The exhaust is so LOUD!! the neighbors must love you.
Obviously the GT350R is the car for you for all the right reasons. I remember the story with the damaged stripe, the connection to your dad's car, etc. BTW, what is her name? I'm still happy with my car. She drives so smooth with plenty of power when I need it. I took a cruise in her today. Lots of fun. It's hard to believe that I've been with you for so long.
I know you didn’t just like I didn’t regret buying my Mach 1. I work in IT and although I love computers and technology, cars are my passion and a good hobby! Keep the car please, dont trade nor sell it!
Best Mustang Ever! I remember before you got the car, when you were a much smaller channel, we were all rooting for you to get a GT350. And then Ford came out with this bad boy and it was like faith was telling you it was your time to get one!
I certainly WAS NOT "rooting" for him. Most people work for maybe ten years to acquire a good used car or even a cheap new car. This guy , because of his subscribers , gets to enjoy three new cars !?!?!? This is definitely what is wrong with America. Proud to say , I am never subscribing to this guy's channel.
@@JIA1327 This dude was a school teacher for years and lost his job due to budget cuts. He worked his ass off going from dealer to dealer to film whatever he could. He learned to video edit, his old students helped him out too. Plus when he got the car, he had NOWHERE NEAR the amount of subscribers he has now. His channel started blowing up sometime after.
If you would have said you regretted it, we would have insisted that Lori take you to get your head checked.
😂

EXAXTLY. MY 65 TRIBUTE GT350 EXPERIENCES DRIVING IT ARE THE SAME!
Ford should regret not producing more of the Shelby GT350 cars
I think they should be offered only in limited numbers, for future collectors.

I’m a very lucky boy and own both a zl1 1LE and a 350R…. They are goth amazing cars and incredibly different…. Never selling either.
Joe, I can so relate to your preference for "the obtainable" vs. a Lambo or Ferrari, etc. I've had that philosophy for decades. Anyway, your GT350 is that sweet spot for that venerable Mustang. Excellent choice.
No regrets here sir. Especially after what the S650 line-up ended up becoming. You nailed your purchase!
After this generation of GT350 came out it became my favorite Mustang. My favorite used to be a red with white Shelby striped 1967 GT500.
Love love love this car, one of my all time favorites! Thanks for the update, been waiting to hear more. Happy Friday Team Raiti!
You don't come off as a bragger at all. I'd like to see more content on your own rides. I think we would all enjoy it.
A high revving V8 is so cool. We saw a 4 cylinder high rev when the S2000 came out. This is good stuff.
Great car and review from a great dude! Happy to support you man. Love the car.
I have a model Shelb gt350r on my desk. When I get tired of studying or doing homework I look at it and keep going.
👍👊💪😎🇺🇸💕
Thanks for being on this journey with me and letting me share my car passion with you!
Love your channel man. You never come across as bragging just a man that loves cars. Love from Australia.
I really appreciate you letting me share my car passion with you!
Yes of course Joe and you really like your car.
this has to be one of the best videos on this channel and that's saying alot cause every video is amazing. the fact your dad owned one it means even more. that engine is music to my ears. 51 years seperate the model your dad had and you have but the same soul.
17,000 miles on LR268 and it’s not going anywhere. Such a unique driving experience, so visceral.
Let the good times roll
This is at least the 3rd video on this car and I don’t mind, I love that car, you can make 20 more on her I’ll watch them all twice
Hey Joe! I love the way you speak about your cars man! I can hear the passion in your voice when talking about them! Please give an update on the Camero ZL1 1LE! I love that car man it’s so beautiful!
This update made me smile 😃 music too my ears
A definite keeper for sure. That sound, OMG. just incredible. Keep keep keep.
You’re living out the dream for any car enthusiast
I had a 2017 R and deeply regret selling it. If I ever pull the trigger on another, it will be a Heritage car. I miss the WOT Flat Plane rips!!!
One day my friend!
Thanks for being on this journey with me. They actually do love me! LOL
The best modern Mustang ever produced, badass engine, peak S550 styling, beautiful exhaust and on top of that it’s a manual that revs to 8250.
Amazing Channel... More stories about Shelbys cars.... You have a true collector item...
You got it man!
