How thick is the coating?Medium, light, strong?Do white background look grainy because of the filter? can you recommend another similar /better option for people working with text primarily? Is your unit having glow and does it go away if you lower brightness significantly?
Awesome review! I just ordered one one amazon and i was looking through other reviews bit i couldnt find any specified about this monitor. Its 75htz and it looks really sleek. Overall refiews are pretty good and i would recomend this for anyone to get. Your review was really good and it gave me a better visual of hoe the monitor would be i get it. Keep making content! A little advise, if you are going to "try" showing picture quality through the camera, please position the panel perpendicular to the lens of the camera so we can see the best image it can show. Thank you.
Hi, I can see it has the Lenovo logo at the front bottom left side. Is this the latest model/new stock? The reason I asked is that the photo in the Lenovo website shows the ThinkVision on the same spot and no Lenovo logo infront. Thanks
@@gameration6450 Old technology, but for being cheap it plays movies in 1080 HD at 60 frames a second, and will work in an office or casual desk top use. Most newer screen's at the same price point have a 120 refresh rate, and better suited for gaming.

When you set brightness close to 0 is it still posible to see/work in a dark room without backlight killing your eyes? Do you see white/purple or yellow glow around the corners when working with dark theme (white color on black background)? Is the back light coming from the sides (behind the bazels) or from the back? Have you noticed visible differences in brightness/contrast/tone levels when looking in the center compared towards the sides? Is matte coating looking grainy when looking at black fonts on white background? Is it flicker-free? Is the panel true 8 bit or 6bit +frc?
hello, the refresh time of this model is 4ms so yes gaming looks good on it. of course the max resolution is only 1920x1080, so if you have a game with higher resolution then its not a good monitor for it.
not so far a can see. but i'm not a heavy gamer to be honest. some basic games look fine. mass effect had little weird screen but could be the game also because i didn't had the latest patch installed
@@mike4347 no for sure money is everything but this isnt limiting your gaming. I would stay with 1080p for awhile I was looking for just an extra youtube screen

model is from 07-2017 so there could be a newer model by now. but also look at the T24i and the P24h models.

I've heard that reducing brightness too low is much more harmful to your eyes. Idk it's 100% true but I'd search about it.
