This is definitely an amazing flight in a seriously amazing performing Airplane! If I was ever in the market for that class of aircraft, I would definitely take a very hard look at the epic. I saw it premiered a couple years ago, and I liked the carbon fiber construction of the aircraft. Definitely an amazing bird for sure!
Hadn't seen a great video/vlog on an Epic E1000 GX. I think look for higher is trading their tbm for the epic! 😆This is for sure my favorite 6 passenger turboprop airplane. Without a doubt I would sign up for a new build once I win that lotto on day 1!
Nice! But I need 8 passenger seats, some luggage, an honest and safe 2,000 mile range and a comfortable flight deck for TWO PROFESSIONAL PILOTS every time I leave the ground.
Amazing plane and best Epic video i have seen 🎉 #atlantapilots #kpdk #pilot #aviation #epicaircraft #e1000gx #pilotlife #atl #atlanta #turboprop #ppl #cfi #fl340
That was just out various camera/audio setups, cabin right on point with a TBM, no headsets needed in the back. It’s definitely a larger cabin experience, longer and wider, however does taper in the back.
@@JasonYates-yx7dr the SF50 is running ~$3.6, M2 $6.2, and Honda Jet north of $7M. These are rough figures. Depending on your configuration, you can see the Epic E1000 GX $4.5-5M
@@LookingforHigher thanks. My question was a serious inquiry. I wasn't being sarcastic. I genuinely wanted to know at what point would a buyer consider the Epic a better choice over 2 engines. Thanks for the price breakdown.
@@LookingforHigher I appreciate you pointing out in your video the fact that every buyer has to consider a plane that is mission specific to their needs. Such as...the debate between the P24 and Phenom 300. I like both of the aircraft but I believe the Phenom is the better choice if you are going to use it inside the US because of the top speed edge.
I saw it as a sincere question. The operating cost is dramatically different as well. Unless you’re often over water (though the owner does nonstop to Cancun 😎) or in excess of 1000nm, the time savings for these lighter twin jets may be negligible, but cost savings of Epic significant.
Haha, well said!! I’m definitely headlining some “aspirational” marketing. Associate with the people you want to be. I focus on the high end toys, but last week actually did a video on a C172! Hey, someone’s dream is coming true, and that’s what gets me up everyday. Thanks for watching!
@@graemecox6502 While your concern is warranted, Epic has a factory ground/flight training course that they require for insurance. Also, with the 1,200 shp engine, the pilot also must be commercially rated. These steps certainly promote safety, but Bonanzas and Cirrus have drawn all types over the years… Thanks for checking the video out.
The pilots know the risks involved, I’d just like to warn the silly rich people Be aware of who your pilot is and his skill set. As you know, commercial certificate has nothing to do with being qualified to fly this high performance aircraft.

Such a sweet ride! Definitely on my lotto list 💰

Smart man , two professional pilots, not a factory trained rich man.
Agreed! Every operation should be a two pilot operation in my opinion
Great airplane, I hope to fly this one day!

This thing smokes TBM! Faster than the cirrus jet?
Dude, even a TBM is faster than a visionjet
The Vision Jet is a joke. It's the new "Slowtation"
@@mjlewis4 single engine jet is sketchy 🥴
That thing is certainly impressive, needs a ski tube for those mountain adventures
You can fold down the seats and house them, but I like your idea…
Middle isle is plenty big for skis ⛷️
My dream aircraft!
This video convinced me to buy an epic 😂❤
absolute lottery plane here. curious on the paint job, did epic do this or was it another shop?
Seems there is a lot of cabin noise, or is that just the audio video thing? The TBM has its own Pilot door too, the Cabin also seems wider on the TBM.

Does it have FADEC?
When I win the lottery I will give you a call.
Where is the price point between the Epic and a comparable business jet?

Great content, I’m local and an interested customer. How do I reach you?

And absolutely no options if the single engine quits - no thanks I'll stick to multi engines
Over 450 Million Flight hours on the PT6 variant. Single engine failure is last on the list. Pilot error would be the worry for me.
That's the ugliest paint job I've seen on an Epic so far.
You’re breaking my heart. The perils of custom paint jobs… the quality is exceptional. Also, the interior and blue seat belts look awesome!
youetube sucks
I agree, all these toys… I’m not getting my hands on this bad boy either 😂🤷♂️
