exactly... It's on the back side of transmission near firewall. This is the 2nd one. Got confused with other clips actually replacing 4th one but claiming it's 2nd one. I spent whole day to find the right answer and I just have replaced 2nd s/w for my 2011 pilot 2011.

I have the same problem in my Honda odyssey but my friend some reason deleted the code and he forgot the code because he thought that if it is permanent code it will come back again. It appeared on the extreme cold date in Edmonton. Till now this D is not blinking at all. Please advise me. My transmission fluid has been changed from honda and after that, I drove max 30 thousand KM. Thanks
My D light is flashing also on my 2002 Honda Odyssey I also replaced the second pressure switch and the third pressure switch that's what shows up when I run my scan tool.I purchase new ones I put them in and it was off and now it's back on again so I don't know what's causing it to do that but the transmission shifts fine I just replace the transmission not too long agoand also replace transmission fluid everything so I don't know why it's reading it like that but I don't have no problems with it shifting though I can fill first I can feel second I could feel third . Ivan driving up a steep hill once in awhile and it's just fine does not like I mean. I replace the transmission do to the TCS light coming on when I was driving indicating that there is something wrong with the transmission so then I replaced it and it was fine up until just resent when the D started flashing and thenOBD2 shows those two sensors that you just replace second and third pressure switch and it's still flashing. so my question is if it's still flashing after you replace them what should be the next step and how do you perform it.
Ok for the 99 to 2003 model they have clutch problem. If you replace the transmission but a used one then you probably need to replace it again so don't buy a used one you have to buy a rebuilt one only. so it will work properly. 02 model they don't have sensors but clutch problem. Hope this helps.

Elang A check your 3-4 pressure switches and 1-2 pressure switches. They are usually clogged and it cause not enough pressure to get through to apply the clutches.
I like the video very informative I hope you or someone else can help me with this I have a Honda Odyssey 06 D is flashing and check transmission light pops my scanner read code ( P0717 ) input/turbine speed sensor A circuit no signal ) I changed the sensor twice an still doing something I just noticed after 3rd shift the RPMs are above 3000 and don't shift to 4 , 5
If you change your sensors and still not solved your problem I would say that it's could be you clutch are worn out you need to rebuild it or buy a rebuild transmission. Honda does have clutch problem so I Will say replace a rebuild transmission it will solve your problem.

Did this on my 2015 Honda Pilot yesterday. Had to do a reset for the engine light to go off. So far so good.

@@noeicaza404 need more detail scan code because cheap scan may not read everything.
