If you're installing Fiber Optic good on you guys. Canada has no plans for Rural Ontario to develop fiber or if they do they have nowhere online that I can find updates on the progress and i do mean absolutely *nowhere* Only Bell Canada Satellite 15mbps down and 1mbps up - for 5 people whete I live. We've lost jobs, friends, hobbies and more all because were still using internet techmology frol the 1980s - absolutely disgraceful. We. Are. Suffering. Thank you for being decent human beings and installing something that won't go obsolete im 30 years. Satellite is such a blatent waste and frankly should be criminalized to be sold. Canada's always sayimg 50mbps down and 10mbps up should be a minimum standard for evey home. If an ISP is charging for less than 50mbps down and 10 up - then the fine should be the ENTIRE COST to upgrade the community who they're providing this OBSCENELY inadequate internet connectivity to. Help us.. eastern rural Ontario..
Hopefully your government will invest in minimising the digital divide. Both hexatronic and clearfield inc operate in Canada and have products for rural fiber.
